Overall the install of the window appears to be good. What I am not satisfied with is the person that came out initially to first look at my windows telling me that all the windows will be capped off around the edges but when the repair guy came he has a cap but it does not seal under the window against the siding of the house like my other windows. He told me we do not do that and he does not do work on the outside. I think home depot needs to be more clear about what will be done. Now I have to get another home repair person to come out and seal underneath my windows.

Initial installation time was re-scheduled at the last minute when the scheduling supervisor realized that an entire day was needed to install the bow window. This was very inconvenient for our work schedules. Otherwise the process was very good, including the sales rep., and the installation went smoothly.
