This project took 3 months to complete. I will never go through a Home Depot website to get to a third party vendor EVER again. This was frustrating, expensive, and the overall experience was not good. We visited our local Home Depot complaining with no resolution. NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered 13 windows to replace all of our current ones. The installers showed up with 12. We have not yet heard where the last window is and when it will be installed. If that window is installed soon I will be satisfied with the project, but for now, I'm annoyed that it is not complete. The installers showed up when they said they would and they made fast work of the install. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous.

Everything about our Window install was awesome. We ordered the Windows after the measurement, the windows actually came in a month earlier than expected, the install was scheduled and the work was done in one day. The installers were clean and professional. They did a wonderful job on our Windows and the cleanup afterward! I would definitely recommend Home Depot to others for their window replacement!

The crew showed up almost an hour late and could have done a better job explaining what they were doing to us. We also noticed the screen door was warped and a new one had to be ordered. They agreed and have ordered a new one at no charge. Not sure this would have been detected if I had not said something. Otherwise the install went well and the windows look good.
