Scheduling when materials were planned to be available was set to my liking, the job was challenging due to large windows installed on an old home (1942), including some custom trim and it looks great.

My design consultant, Ryan, gave me great advice. My windows were several fights up and I will be able to clean both sides of my windows from the inside. Plus it was more affordable for me to choose that option. The installation was done sooner than expected and the installers were very curious and professional.

We were told our windows would be all white including the frames. They ended up just leaving raw wooden window frames which we had to hand-paint ourselves. Some of the white framing was also cracked/broken chips and visible nail holes. The windows themselves seem nice but they also didn't provide us with the certificate of completion when they left and they apparently ripped all the stickers off the windows which we needed for the inspection and final walk-through from the city for permits. Ended up spending several hours on the phone with corporate as well as the local Minneapolis hub to track down both the certificate and window specs (which we're still uncertain if that will even be useable in lieu of the actual window stickers).

The first appt was in April. The last one was two days ago. September 25th. I still have to have. Painter come and fix my walls and holes from Noah. Who shouldn?t be aloud to use tools especially in homes that are not his. 10 appts to get this done all days I had to miss from work. I would never buy from Home Depot windows again.
