Installing company was not available for 3 weeks after the carpet was available, then did not finish it the day of install. This forced us to make arrangements for our children's room not being available for weeks more. All of this while forcing us to delay our home refinance. Very unacceptable we could have gone with a local company and had the install within a week of the carpet order.
