The original delivery date, one week earlier, was confirmed the night before by computerized message. The next morning, it was cancelled due to a worker not able to move furniture. I had spend hours moving everything the night before to prepare for the delivery. If they had given me more notice, I would not have had to do that. Also, they were unable to install the transition piece, or re install the handle on the trap door that they removed. I should have been notified about that prior to installation.

The item was advertised as taking only three weeks from order to install date, took over 2 months. Received very poor customer service during wait period and installers did not seem very interested in getting the carpet installed. During the install a closet shelf was broken and without permission installer super glued it and did a poor job and was inclined to make any other effort to repair or make good in any way.
