I had a great experiencing using Home Depot for window treatments. The designer was great and made the whole process super easy. The installation went smoothly as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality - the shades transformed my home.

I'm very dissatisfied and unhappy with these shutters. They're not constructed well and have had to have the installer here twice to make adjustments to the shutters because they don't close all the way and when closed the slates slide open. Even after the adjustments they still slide open and don't close completely. I have owned 4 homes and have had shutters installed by different companies and these by far are the worst. I went to the Home Depot where I placed my order to complain and they couldn't help me because they didn't know anything about the product. They referred me to the manufacturer. That's no way to represent a product you are selling in your store. I spent over $6,000.00 and can't believe that Home Depot sells such an inferior product. The only reason I went with Home Depot is because I received a discount. What a mistake I made. You really should send a Home Depot Representative to my house to see how bad these shutters look and function. At night when I close them as tight as I can get them they are slightly open in the morning. That should not be happening. I have never had these issues with other shutters that I have purchased. I think they need to be replaced. Please call me!
