After ripping up the old carpet, we discovered the need for a few spots to be painted with kilz. Took us only a few minutes. We were told the job would be finished the next day, all our furniture was on our patio, the next day we waited around and it was a no show, no call, nothing, we had to make the call , we were told, the job would be done two days later. Two days passed , & no show, no call. Once again we had to call and find out when, this went on for 6 days. Thank goodness it didn't rain our furniture would have gotten wet. Finally when he arrived to finish the job it was at 7;30 pm; it was close to midnight when it was done. See quite a few flaws. The process of getting our new carpet just shouldn't have been this unpleasant and stressful.
