Someone comes to evaluate if you need a new window, another person comes to measure and order, another appointment made to install. Each of these were weeks apart. In my case, the window arrived with a broken piece and a missing part of the lock. Three weeks later a box arrives at my house and I have to call to make an appointment to have it replace the broken one. SECOND window also came with the same piece broken. And the worker arrived without the missing lock piece. This person apologized and claimed I would receive a $50 home depot card. Lack of communicating on what was needed. Another four weeks later I get a call for a worker to come replace the window, right then, 3pm on a Friday. He also didn't not know about the missing lock piece and had to get one before coming. Finally all is fixed and finished, a 3 mo project, and no further mention of the apology gift card.
