The technician that measured the window for the Bali blackout blind, didn't measure correctly. There is approximately a 3/4 inch gap between the blind and the window. There are 2 wide streaks of light coming through at both edges of the blind. I went back to Home Depot, to have someone come back out and measure correctly. Rodrigo took all the information, I also showed him the pictures of the large gaps. Rodrigo had me email the pics to the department that did the measurement. He advised me this would be followed up on. He also left a note for Marsha, for was my contact when I bought and PAID for this Bali blind. OVER 1 week later, NO ONE has followed up! I went BACK to Home Depot, and again spoke with Rodrigo. He called his manager to see if he had permission to send someone back out to re-measure. Permission shouldn't have been required. The technician didn't measure correctly the 1st time. I've been assured someone will follow up. It's now been 3 days, and NO ONE has followed up.
