Scheduling was terrible, it got moved once, cancelled after the arrival window once, no-show once, and then arrived 5 hours later then planned at last. It is clear this company does not communicate at all with one another and the customer is left to fix it and adjust. The carpet is beautiful, the installation looks great - but the contracting company (LCS) makes the appointment scheduling a nightmare.

Overall, a fantastic experience! They did a wonderful job. My only critique would be that one of the installers left a window open for the entire time in the room he was working in, which allowed flies and mosquitoes to come in the house (and being in the middle of summer, that is an issue out here in the country!). But other than that, I would highly recommend them!
