There is zero communication from store employees, no return phone calls or emails, constantly making mistakes, making us lose work and income by staying at home for the scheduled delivery/work and they no-show. Wrong size parts and empty promises, Buyer beware, all they want to do is take your money and forget about you

The contractors you work with are great (specifically NorWest). But, I do not recommend working with Home Depot on home projects. We’ve encountered too many repeated issues in ordering for the project to be worth the cost savings we received. One specific item had to be reordered 6 times because of multiple reasons including: 1. Items arriving broken (this happens, not a big deal) 2. Items arriving to Home Depot and then upon pick up they’re lost (this happened twice) 3. Items not being ordered after receiving work order (only some items were ordered, not all) 4. The wrong items being ordered, and figuring that out at time of install We also had issues with the measurements team missing key aspects that pushed our remodel back even further. As much as I want to support Home Depot, we’ve been very disappointed with the experience.

Norwest very unprofessional. First Norwest did not verify cabinets were ordered correctly. Than installers did not haul away trash, hung cabinets notice paint problems from manufacture they even had to come back because they did not know how to install handles. Office did not inform me of schedule twice and I woke up to unexpected contactors. Correct amount of trim was not ordered and tile was not ordered. I paid over $30k so far and my countertop color is off with a chip, backsplash is missing grout and has several chips. Go to a professional!!!
