The crew did a great job installing the carpet. They were fast, professional, courteous and the end result looks great so far. The problem was they came an hour after the arrival time window and did not call ahead of time to let me know that they would be later. A simple call from the scheduling personnel would have been sufficient to let us know. In the end the carpet looks great, but I don't think I would use Home Depot Home Services in the future.
