Judy and Luke turned an awful experience into a great one. When no one else was available to cut a piece of 2x4, they helped me cut a piece of wood that supports the board in the photo below. This board will be used throughout the construction industry to bring awareness to suicide prevention and mental health. From the time she heard the issue, Judy became my Shepard and she is the reason I am a loyal home depot customer.

Bear Valley Hope Depot is convenient and has everything I need to do little home projects. The employees ate pleasant and happy to assist me when I'm unable to locate an item. Thank you all for what you do.

Mark *Self Checkout: Super patient. I kept typing in the wrong pin, made a phone call to figure it out. He wasn't rude or pushy and kept the line flowing. Excellent service and kindness. Jim *Plumbing: Super helpful. Knew where to find things, helped look. The disolay was being reset and he was kind and helpful even with my repeated interruptions of what he was doing in the plumbing department.

They spent a ton of time helping me choose an appliance package within my budget with good advice on brands and features.

As a former Manager, and now a Painting & Remodeling Contractor, I really appreciate how well this store is managed. Only needed a Manager one time and he was excellent.

The choices of soil and mulch was matched only by the wonderful selection of in ground and potted plants.

Bear Valley Home Depot is one of the friendliest and cleanest stores in the Denver area. My favorite store to shop at when I need to go to Home Depot.

We have been doing a reno and have bee a constant presence at the various Home Depots around Denver. This is the only location to go to! The people here are knowledgeable and friendly and the store is very clean and well maintained. Not so at many of the other locations nearby. We are especially thankful for Sarafina the cashier and Roger Pierce at the Pro Desk. The people here try to be helpful and tend to your questions and needs. We strongly recommend this store!

Bob Avila in the plumbing department is one of your best associates. Very knowledgeable in his field and very helpful not to mention very friendly!! Plus I understand he is a military veteran! Many kudos to Bob! Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee!!

I always go to Home Depot

I went to another Home Depot the day before and wasted half my afternoon (literally 1 hour and a half) trying to get the same thing that Sue accomplished there at 1520 in 15minutes. Sue has always treated me right and always been straight with me in terms of products and their availability.

The manager on duty, Roger, found a piece of scrap wood for 70% off, cut it to size (3 pieces) and carried the boards to the front. All of this with a smile for only $12.38.

Always have most of the items I need. Staff is friendly and polite.

We have lived in multiple states and this store had the best customer service from any Home Depot by far! Every department we went into the associate was super knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We will be driving the extra few miles just to go to this location.

Had issues with our custom countertop fabricator, but our kitchen specialist Andrew went above and beyond in helping us.

I've walked into a hundred Home Depot stores. This store though, especially the Flooring and Appliances departments, has fantastic people -- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You must go to the Bear Valley location.

Clean as a massive store can be. what separates BV 1520 from ALL others? The EMPLOYEES!

This store made my shopping experience the worst it could have been. No associate was available to help us out for at least 20 minutes. After the first 3 pages for hardware I asked for a manager which wasnt called until later. We wanted to get a promo for tools but couldnt find the tool so i was looking to get some guidance. After the long wait I scanned every tool near by hoping it to be the promo the cashier at self check out finally called a manager. Cashier and mod went back and forth saying what I had wasnt correct which i knew because I had asked help since the start to avoid the mutiple trips. The manager mentioned she wouldnt let us leave with a free tool as if we wanted to pull a fast one which was not okay. She then pushed us off to an associate instead of us helping us finish the shopping trip. I am very very annoyed that what could have been solved at 20 minutes took an hour and the effort of making it better was nowhere to be found.

Employees that I encountered were knowledgable and friendly. Safety of customers are at the top of the ladder here.
