Always visit the Bear Valley store. I appreciate that there is always someone to help locate an item, answer a question.

The store was hot when I visited, however, an employee by the name of Tammy Vega did an awesome job assisting me with purchasing 22 blinds for my new home. If you need flooring or blinds see Tammy she provides great customer service!

The employees in the painting department are always friendly and helpful. The Littleton paint department on S. Wadsworth always seem like they hate their job and aren't helpful so I'd rather drive to Bear Valleys Home Depot.

I love this store. I don't know much about home improvement but have found myself needing to learn recently. I was intimidated to go get a few things I needed, but after my first visit here I left feeling impowered and relieved. Every employee was friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was asking stupid questions. I left there feeling great and knowing I will be back for more to do other projects I know I can now handle.

The representative gave me inaccurate information regarding the 72-hour carpet installation and the store leadership refused to honor what I was told or to make it right. They passed their mistake onto me and made it my problem, which meant I had to reschedule other contractors and an out-of-town trip. It was a HORRIBLE experience and will not shop at the Bear Valley store again since they provided such bad customer service and their leadership clearly does not care.

Be prepared to get the third-degree if you try and make an even exchange, even if you have POP. This location's written return policy is the complete opposite of how they handle returns at store level. The return clerk had great customer service skills, however, the manager-on-duty needs serious retraining on dealing with situations such as this. You will be better off contacting the manufacturer of a defective product for a resolution than hope that HD backs what it is selling to their customers.

Customer service is poor. Buyer beware.

Home Depot Store #1520 is my neighborhood store. I don't have far to go for my gardening needs, pest control, plants, and many other items the store has available. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The sales associates are helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond their scope of duties. I appreciate their knowledge and gentle way of explaining things to me.

Safety is very important for the team here at this location. So clean & clutter free was definitely noticed. Associates really do care about making sure customers like myself get the best deal and if need be, use necessary resources in the store in a safe manner. Matt G. and Andy are both friendly, helpful, and funny. Thanks guys for making a great quick experience. Spectacular store and I’ll for sure be coming back!

Quite a nice neighborhood store.

The Garden Center is great and the staff is always friendly and kind to my family (even my two boys that sometimes can be rowdier than they need to be). Products are always easy to find and there is always a staff members are so helpful.

On my first or visit recently I found four different Associates that were extremely knowledgeable to help me find what I needed in the store. I was impressed that each one seems to have such a vast knowledge of where all these thousands of items are in their massive store. I believe that store has excellent manager and the staff were well-trained to do so well with customer service.

As a home owner, we always have a project going! I love that I can go in and get great advise and tips on how to best get our projects done! Jason C, Jamere, Andrew, and Patrick are amazing! The store is clean and easy to shop, associates are friendly and helpful. Cashiers (Maggie, Sherri) are friendly and efficient- and I like that they don’t take my refusal to the HD credit card personally but still ask.

If you looking for a fully stocked clean store, The Home Depot Bear Valley is the place to go. To add, the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Super friendly employees. One of the few store that does kids birthday parties. Really wish more did this wonderful service. Ronnie was the employee that helped us out from start to finish and was wonderful. Store is really clean and organized. Would definitely come back here again.
