Parking lot is some kjnda wild west, no parking space, flood of people looking for work approach you, carts are chained and locked , so only few available, which are mostly taken. Many clients have to carry items in they harms. Pretty bad,,, really bad. Some time i pay a little more and go to hardware store... worth it

been shopping at this location for ~ 10 years. all the better now that the website has product locations

I appreciate this Home Depot location, store # 6957. Everytime my wife and I work on a project I have always been able to walk in and find what I need with it being out of stock or have to wait for delivery. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you store # 6957!

I was helped with choosing a certain product. When I came in I wanted to pick something else, but what was referred to me was even better!

I usually find what I need at this location. My only complaint is that sometimes products are misshelved and it becomes a little frustrating, for both the salesperson and me, to locate an item.

With employees like Ashley working at my local Home Depot it's no wonder customers, myself included, are frustrated with the quality of customer service.

I received great customer service from two clerks at your location this past Monday (12/5/2022). I needed assistance with purchasing a light switch to replace a broken one in my kitchen. I first encountered a gentleman by the name of Cameron and I asked him for assistance in opening the secured area in the lighting aisle to retrieve a dimmer switch. He greeted and helped me in a very cheerful manner. I had some additional questions but he informed me that he did not work in this area of the store but he would be happy to get the Lighting specialist for further assistance. I was then helped by Jesus who answered my questions regarding the two different switches I was planning on purchasing. Both store employees were attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. This was a very positive shopping experience!

Was supposed to get a handrail delivered by Home Depot today to my home between 8am-2pm. I waited patiently until 3pm when I finally called the Home Depot and received the rudest woman available in Customer Service. When I asked to speak to the manager to find out why my order was cancelled (I still didn't get my funds returned to me!!) - the woman hung up the phone on me! Terrible horror story!

I'm a sophomore girl who's really short, so I have trouble reaching or finding stuff at home depot. However, the workers there are very kind to tell me where stuff is, or at least try their best to find things that suit me. Some also go out of their way to help me such as taking staples off my gloves or helping me carry some stuff to the counter since I had too many items.

I asked for an emailed receipt and inputted my email into the system. Then the cashier cancelled the process and gave me a printed receipt saying “you’ll still get a receipt”. I specifically asked for an emailed receipt and entered my email so why would she think to cancel it?? Plus, no bags, no credit card tap, no thank you from the cashier. Rude service

Please avoid this home depot if you can. It’s the least helpful for sure.

If an item is mispriced, you still have to pay whatever they tell you and employees are not nice about it either

came in to pick up an order for an AC that i purchased online. the associate brought me a half open box with holes and styrofoam falling out. looked as if they grabbed the AC from the dumpster. even had another persons name and adress on bottom of the box as if i was given a used, returned item. when i told them it was unacceptable to be given this after spending almost $400 for a new AC i was told that i either return it or walk over to the wall myself and grab a new one for exchange. I askd for a manager and everyone behind that counter began whispering and stalling. besides that other items in the order were not even available. Jooe of a store and terrible customer service.

I visited Home Depot at Nostrand & Willoughby. It was hot outside. My daughter and one-month-old grandson were in the car. I was hopeful that I would get in and out. The first young man I encountered assisted me with a smile and walked me from one end of the store to the other to ensure I found my product. Upon my check-out, Antoinette, the cashier was very friendly and assisted me with making a good decision on my purchase. I was in and out in a very short time.

I was getting used to not getting much attention from what seemed to be an overworked staff. This visit was much better. Every person I asked help from went above and beyond to assist me. I saw a lady quite hysterical because she had lost her phone in the store. Up comes rushing one of the store employees. She had found the phone on a shelf somewhere and she remembered seeing this person put the phone there. She remembered her face and looked all over the store and finally found her! Talk about going above and beyond a customer's expections!

They all helped with directing me where I needed to go to pick my material. They were very efficient and nice while doing their job.

Store needs some work employees are getting soaked

I enjoy shopping at this location as the staff is eager to help and very kind.

Says a lot when you have a general idea of what you want to do and you find everything in the gaps in your thinking here. I now have my project thanks to HomeDepot. I think thats the best recommendation that I could have.

a bag of flies, omg. there were so many flies bursting out of this bag once i opened it. it's been a week now since i opened the bag and the flies are still here even after throwing out the bag of soil i bought. complete waste of money and time.

I bought a toolbox. Employee /customer service was very helpful even climbed a ladder to get the toolbox. I wish I would've asked his name. I was very satisfied with the customer service and my purchase..

Bad experience. No help. No items in stock

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since it first opened, however, I had a horrible encounter with an employee (Rena) who was unhappy that I did not want store credit instead of the money returned to my card. She was verbally abusive, dismissive, hostile, antagonistic and downright disrespectful. She assumed a posture as if were going to enter a streetfight. I reminded her that this was her job and she fired insults and accused me of not having a job. This is not customary of Home Depot, or their employees at this store, but as they say, one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. This experience left me confused and angry that I spent my money to be insulted. She refused to apologize and this is one of the primary reasons for this review.

Huge store and has everything organized for a perfect shopping trip.

I would suggest to get a pro acc and see Pauline. She's an awsome employee.
