I purchased a hot water heater water heater. I paid extra to have them deliver & install and haul away the old hot water heater. They did a great job. Very professional work

I went to Home Depot and Michael help me. I was looking for a $89 wheelbarrow but there’s no ensamble ones Michael says you really want to buy these wheelbarrow? I say yes but I don’t have the time to ensamble it and he sale me a enter wheelbarrow and I end up saving like $30

I was at the self check out and scan the first item a beef jerky and it came up 9.27 and the price on the shelves states 7.97. I told the employee that monitors the area and she flat-out said the price is correct because everything went up. I proceed to show her the shelf price, she did not bother to look and said it is located in the wrong place and took them away. I then asked for a manager, she said I am the manager. I asked for a manager that is a higher rank because that's dishonest the store. That is when she decided to give me the item for the correct price.

Great little saw for tight spaces

From the return desk, to hardware then garden, each employee was amazingly helpful and easy to work with. So glad this store is so convenient.

Mary Kaye is a great customer facing employee. She helped me process the payment with my gift card and was nice enough to go the extra mile and write down the remaing balance on my card. She is a wonderful emploiyee.

Very clean, friendly and beautiful staff

I came in to buy rooting powder and copies of my front door key. The front door keys were very poorly cut and won't work. When a product price came up different than the label (clearly labeled for the product) I was left waiting at the register 20 minutes for the person to return and tell me the price was changed.

This Boynton Beach location has everything one could possibly need for gardening, home decor, home improvements, moving supplies, cleaning products. A favorite Home Depot destination.

Everytime i come to home depot for whatever i need i always find someone knowledgeable and eager to help. not having to walk around for ever looking for something or stand in an isles to wait to someone to come help me is priceless. And i like to friendly family like atmosphere in my store i feel like I know them and they recognize me. would go across the street to the competition ever

David at the checkout in Gardening is a very helpfull employee to customers.

Finally! Found a salesperson that knew what he was talking about and assisted my every need in both instruction as well as recommendations. Way to go Rob!

Every time I shop at this Home Depot, I receive genuine greetings near the entrance and always a “can I help you sir from employees not already engaged with other customers”. They don’t just point to a general direction, but take me to the item I need, and often explain the details about the product.

If you’re in the market for flooring look no further. Eric, Mike and Lisa are on your team to make it a smooth process

This store is for contractors. They have accounts, come in and take most of what’s on the shelves, at times cleaning all of a product out. The store buyers are always several steps behind, leaving the normal shoppers disappointed. You would think ordering online is a way to ensure you get what you need. I ordered 4 bath tubs because reviews stated many arrived damaged. Three arrived damaged and I was told one was scanned in on the truck and awaiting to be off loaded, they never found it, stolen?

I like this store, and employees are shears helpful. The store is always stock and clean. Sometimes, they’re not enough employees to ask questions, and hope it’s something you’re working on to fix soon.

We bought a LG smart 30 inch microwave and had a very pleasant experience with the representatives in customer service. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
