Here's to John and Mike for excellent service in helping me in the lumber department. The boards I chose were cut to the exact specifications I requested. They were both friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you again for such great service.

My experience at the appliance department at the Home depot store in Boynton Beach was the best ever due to the expertise, patience, courtesy and professionalism shown by Bruce Mannes and the management team of Jay and Antoinette. Hiccups were quickly solved and the team held my hand though out the process. Wonderful people to work with.

My wife and I have been rehabbing an investment property and have purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise, some of which needed to be returned. Arlene Moore from the customer service counter has been awesome! She has the right attitude a great smile and always willing to help in any situation, I can’t say enough good things about her! The store is now not the closest to my home,but I go out of my way, sometimes, just to say hello and Pick up a few items on my never ending list.

Employees always helpful and courteous

Everyone in this store is very helpful and appear to be very happy. It's very nice to shop in a store where everyone seems to be happy and wanting to help me find things before I even ask. I have ordered things on line to be pick up and everyone is always very helpful and offering to help load items in my truck etc. It's truly a please shopping at this store.

Love the DeWalt power tools and battery sets for the excellent prices. And the tool expert Rob helped us get the best combination for the work we need to do around the house. (Great service from Hedi and Marie at the front as well.)

I shop this store quite often and I always know where everything is at and I’m never dissatisfied because they always keep the best inventory and they keep their departments exactly the same so the customer can memorize the store layout . Accountability is the key and HD is always on the mark.

My husband and I went there looking for an out of stock Halloween item online, Jim in indoor garden, helped us immensely by searching his stock and then trying to find us the item in other stores nearby. He even offered to call several stores for us and was extremely helpful and he was happy to do so !

I had to spend 5 hours of my time doing their job to spend my money. Awful experience.

I always like coming to this Homedepot due to the fact that the store managers and floor clerks are always eager to assist. Wether is answering a question or just guiding to a product. This Home depot is a joy to come to.

We went to Home Depot for two toilets and a bathroom fan with bluetooth speakers. Before going in person we checked the website and did a bit of research. The website is easy to navigate and tells you if the item is in stock. We got there and they had the exact count shown on the website for the items we wanted. Very pleasant experience.

We are remodelling our kitchen and went to Home Depot for our appliances. The Salespersons were very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The selection was very helpful in narrowing down what we would like.

This store has the best customer service and friendly staff out of all of the other Home Depot's that I have been to from Hialeah, Miramar, and here in Boynton Beach! I recently purchased a fridge at this location. Everyone at the SW 8th Street location is far friendlier, more helpful, and has given me exceptional customer service with each visit! Thanks to Jaime and Vinette in the appliances department for always being so warm and helpful. Also, my thanks to the kind and responsive customer service that I received from Blake and Lashara, Assistant Store Managers. And to Stephen, the general manager from such timely and attentive response and customer service! This store should be the template for how all the others ought to be run!

On 6/10/23 the cashiers (Justin & Kaitlin) overrode the cash register in order to give me my military discount. I had my military ID with me; however, my HomeDepot phone app was acting up. I am registered.

Carol the cashier, offered a great experience. So kind. Answered all of my last minute questions. She was such a bright light for us today. I was having a tough day and Carol was my bright light

Great selection and very knowledgeable sales person

The young guy mixing paints today mixed up the wrong paint/sheens and shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Hundreds of dollars later, Arik (might be Anik - not 100% sure) apologized and literally took over to correct it all! What an amazingly dedicated woman/employee… your lucky to have her!

I went into the Boynton Beach Home Depot to get everything. I need it for a full project of bathroom remodel from bath to shower. I am a woman and I am not a handy person. I was given a list of things I have to pick up, but I am voice still, unsure as there are so many things to choose from. I asked one sales person very disappointed in his response and he looked distracted with other things so back I go again, trying to figure things out on my own. I’ve run into another sales person nice person, but still not giving me the answers I need or even trying to help me to get my supplies . My third person and I am extremely grateful for running into him. His name is Bruce E. All I can say is wow wow wow. He made sure I got everything I need to explain the difference between the different types made sure everything I carried out to my car. Cashier was outstanding as well. Very very satisfied with overall experience.

Purchased the perfect battery operated puck light for my kitchen. We could not figure out how to open and separate the light from the base to mount under cabinet. Arlene, in Customer Service, called someone from electrical to come up front to help us. A very pleasant gentleman arrived shortly and showed us exactly what we needed to do.
