I bought a very useful fruit vine fertilizer and is yielding great research results

Curtis was rude to me. I originally couldn’t get a sku number so I asked an associate could she help me. Since I had a picture of the sku she was going to manually enter it but I told her that I only had half the set so she referred me to customer. Mr Curtis said do you need help sir? I replied yes and explained my dilemma. He laughed and said, “well we wouldn’t know the price either.” I said, well I was told to come to customer service to resolve the issue so maybe you could call a manager for help if you can’t figure it out. So he asked the older lady next to him for help. I let her know that I had a picture of the product with the SKU but it didn’t have the other piece which was the brush connection. He then all of sudden had a price by offering 10% off which I told the kind older woman that curtis basically wants to give me $1.50 for something that’s clearly half way missing. Curtis said that was all that he could do which was understandable but there was no reason to insult my intelligence like that because help had already arrived. He should’ve let a pro take over like she did and she said to mark it off by 50% and I said, boom done deal and put my other item on the counter and that ticked him off. So he says, we’ll allI could give you was 10% rudely. He didn’t get his way and was clearly wrong. So I told him I just wanted what was fair so there was no need to get an attitude.. He rudely said he didn’t have an attitude which was super unprofessional. In stead of just saying, no sir I was wrong and sorry for the inconvenience have a nice day. He made me feel like I should just take what he was giving and shut up. Like he wrote the mission statement and by laws for Home Depot. I stepped to the side for a second to keep my composure and went back to the counter to finish my purchase. He asked for me to pull up the pic on my phone again which my phone was on 1% but thank God it didn’t go dead. I’m sure I would’ve had to walk back there instead of him. If you have ever been frustrated with shopping at Home Depot? Well you are not alone. This time was different however. I was shopping in the plumbing section and got the good fortune of connecting with Mr Nelson. He appeared a bit rough at first contact. Thought he was a bit arrogant and course in his mannerisms. But I hung in there and truly discovered what a gem of an individual he is. He is extremely (I don’t use these words lightly). He genuinely wanted to help me solve my problem, and he was a real teacher at heart. I believe he belonged in a university. His methodology and systematic approach to problem solving was academic and very effective. Thank you Home Depot for hiring quality people such as this man. And please do everything you can to hold on to him.

There are several home improvement stores that are much closer to my home, but I will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes to shop at this store because of Jeannette in Flooring, and Store Manager Michael. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my flooring project. I could not have asked for a better experience!!! Thank you both for being so kind and helpful!!!

This is a well kept store and the people here are wonderful! Miguel and Traykeyanna were great.

Home Depot is a great place to shop. This Home Depot helps pros to feel they are a part of the community they service.

I just have to give a big shoutout to Yssy De Gracia and her team for providing excellent help. They really went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. And I have to say, the contracted installer team they brought in was absolutely amazing! They were professional, efficient, and just all-around the best. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much!

In this store the as. Manager Yssy, is the best.

Last week I got special attention from the assistant manager Yssy.

Visited the store twice in two days to get information on an exterior door replacement. Paid $40 to have someone come out and measure. Still waiting for that to happen!!!!

All I know is that I needed a new fridge and I needed it now. Patricia showed me my options and answered all of my questions. We settled in for the perfect solution for my needs. Your selection and Rosicrucian knowledge made this all so easy for me.

Staff went out of their way to help me find a shelf I thought was out of stock. Very happy :)

Great service: it was great having all associates to respond to my needs in a timely manner with a smile and that included the cashier.

Selection of plants I was looking for is way better than any other Home Depot. I don’t mind to drive all the way to this store from Polk County.

I bought a beautiful plant, there were so many to choose from it took about half an hour.

I’m having a hard time with all of the changes. 1) To spend over $1200 only to find out at check out that my military discount wouldn’t apply is frustrating. 2) As a new Home Depot credit card user, it was also frustrating that a promotional interest rate of 6, 12, or 24 months wasn’t offered in the keypad. At the competitor store these two items are standard practice and where I plan to take future business, although further from my home.

Upgrading my home and they have all the answers for me

The Manager YSSY made sure I obtained all of the garden supplies for my school garden (3 pallets/trips) that I needed. She made sure things ran smoothly when I came to pick up each load so I did not have to worry things were missing from the order and I did not have to wait . I have lived in this area since 2001, and she is the best Home Depot manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is friendly, professional and thorough. I went from dreading dealing with this order to looking forward to picking it up! If you want Amazing service, ask for YSSY!
