I have been to the store many times the store is always clean employees are always very helpful and tentative. I would like to send an Extra thank you to Mel-supervisor Nelson-plumbing dept, Mark- store manager, Fred-paint, Shy and Slim service desk. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

Great store, had everything I needed and I love using the newer style self check out. Would definitely recommend.

The customer service at this store is amazing. I came in with the return I did not have the receipt for. The representative was able to locate my receipt through my credit card and refund money for an item I did not need. The representative was super friendly and I am super stoked! From the moment you enter the store everyone is friendly and ready to help you find what you are looking for. The sales representatives at every department are equipped with the knowledge of the entire store. I recommend this particular store due to the fact that you are able to find almost everything that you are looking for, or they will send you the right direction.

I very rarely have to go to another store, almost everything I need for projects is at this store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I shop at this store more than any other and have gotten to know the employees as well. Always a friendly greeting when I come in.

Very clean store. Very friendly atmosphere. Someone was there ready to hlp me out and, ready to check me out. Was able to reach the Associate hlping me out over the phone with no problem. Had an immediate call back from the person to come to my home and do the measurements for my door. Very thankful for the quick turnaround.

I avoid shopping at HD since they have changed their checkout format. They need to demolish the front of their stores and start over with the customer in mind. Contractor service is atrocious. They have no idea of the urgency of this segment of their customer base. For every person waiting on them to quit chit chatting with each other, there are 4 or more on the job site collecting payroll waiting on supplies.

The store is clean and most of the employees are ready to answer your questions and/or help you with finding an item or to accomplish your project. If they do not know the answer, they will help find someone for you that can help you.

I have being shopping her for 15yr and always got what I came for, and have returned less than 5 items in 15yr that is saying a lot about this store.

Miguel the ASM and Ryan in the window and door Department do a great job and are definitely professional at what they do

Frankie assisted us in getting everything together to complete our project. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we were getting the correct items at the best price. We will go out of our way now to shop at this store, just to work with Frankie again on the several other projects we have in line. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but Frankie truly went above and beyond anything we have experienced and he really deserves recognition for his efforts!

Tried to get some keys copied. I have old collector cars and asked to use my original style blanks. kid working hardware smirked and said "we wont use your blanks" even after I said I wouldn't hold him responsible for a bad copy...he crossed his arms and wouldn't budge..Your competition does them anytime for me...I'm so tired of the lack of customer service at Home Depot, getting worse all the time....I'm taking all my business and accounts to (you know who)...You stopped 5% charge discount also...Done.

Everything was great

Absolutely had a great experience shopping for a refrigerator. Salesperson was attentive, engaging, honest and patient. On the day of purchase, I left with the intentions of coming back to buy the warranty. Due to other pressing things, I forgot. The salesrep sent me a reminder on two occasions which I was so happy about because I did forget about it. I purchased it immediately over the phone which was so convenient.

I am seeing a mass reduction of associates. It is very difficult, mostly impossible, to get lot assistance. Additionally, many departments have no one available most times. One person from a different department tried to help in plumbing , but had no expertise with the issue. I have seen long lines of loaded construction carts waiting to check out. Many appeared to be contractors eating up expensive, valuable, time waiting. I am a lifelong customer. And a cashier was out collecting carts. I have traded home depot stock. I have recommended the store to countless people
