Cashiers very rude. Line was quick but cashiers rudeness not called for. Will NOT return to this location.

I started a flooring project about 2 weeks ago, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare since the beginning. I had nothing but problems trying to get my job completed, I had to make 6 or more stops to the store to get things moving on my floor job

The most knowledgeable staff. Any staff member could tell you what aisle to find what you are looking for. Training must be extensive. So helpful and friendly.

One of the best Home Depots I’ve been to recently. Staff is soooo kind, responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Not closest to my home, but I’m going to go here more often cuz of the great customer service.

I just wanted to ask where a certain item would be located. I was the only one in line, and was co.pletely ignored for like 5 minutes. Another employee came along and asked if I needed help and was super rude. This store is terrible.

Moe, Jeff and Kevin at the customer service counter are very helpful they listen and help get the best possible out come for what ever you need.

We recently went to purchase soil, mulch and pest control for the upcoming Fall gardening season. There was one product that they did not carry but the employees went out of their way to make recommendations that would work for us. We also had a very nice cashier. Pleasant experience as always.

Was told by 3 associates: “no English”. Employees should@least be bilingual.

I personally have a degree in Engineering, and most of the time people in these places talk down to me for asking questions, I suppose this is because I am not a contractor. I am tackling a job at my house right now that I had to think outside the box for, JR helped me gave me some ideas that worked perfectly and yes, he treated me with respect, for this reason I will continue coming to this location. I only hope that I can continue getting assistance from people like JR.

DEALT WITH LAURA SHE MADE THE RETURN OF CABINET EASY. AND ALSO, SUGGESTED TO CALL THE STORE ON SKYLINE. THEY HAD THE REPLACEMENT. WENT THERE AND GOT THE NEW CABINET. ALL IS WELL.

I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism, I received from Moe at Home Depot. His knowledge and efficiency greatly helped with my remodel.

On three different occasions I have ask for assistance or direction to specific items and all three was told by the associates, either they didn't work in the department or did not know where the item was or didn't think they sold it. AND NONE of them offered to get, call or help find someone who could be of assistance.

I needed paint and the lady at the counter was kind and got my paint ready promptly. The cashier Bernice was kind and friendly. She meticulously bagged my items and was gracious.

We had to exchange a $900.00 tool at the Home Depot in North Fort Myers. We were told by Isabel at the customer service desk to run back and pick up the tool we needed for the exchange. After 40 minutes and four pages for assistance to unlock the cabinet for the tool, another customer had to physically go retrieve an employee to assist. Unfortunately the employee that we encountered was Supervisor Theresa, who was less than thrilled to be assisting us in our tool searching endeavors. Theresa was curt and unprofessional. Unfortunately the tool we came to exchange was not in stock, but we were able to find an additional tool we needed. After assisting us, I let Theresa know that the gentleman next to me ( the one that went in physical search of help) also needed assistance. Theresa rudely informed them that she is a supervisor and doesn’t have the time to search for the tool your website said you had in stock (four in stock). She then started walking away (taking our purchase to check out) saying she will find who is supposed to be in that department. I said thank you to the gentleman as I ran to catch up with Theresa, who was even more perturbed that I stayed I needed the tool taken to customer service to complete my transaction with Isabel and our exchange. Isabel apologized several times for Theresa’s actions and had me explain the situation to Niji (I believe, I am so sorry if I misspelled). Niji confirmed Theresa is a supervisor, an assistant manager in fact, and also apologized several times on behalf of Theresa. I want to take a moment after my rant to sincerely thank Isabel and Niji for their exceptional service and support today. You two are incredible humans and I truly appreciate you both. I hope the company you work for recognizes the type of personnel they have working for them and acknowledges them accordingly.

Great service and prompt with a product issue when package missing a crucial piece. Carlos is an asset to your location and your customers!

I had to shop quickly for a list of products with a plumber working and waiting for me to return. It was a difficult plumbing job and staff at the store got me what I needed and out the door quickly!
