    During my recent visit to Home Depot, I experienced exemplary customer service that made my shopping trip exceptional. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, going above and beyond to assist me with my home improvement needs. They patiently answered all my questions, provided expert advice on the best products. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Home Depot truly stands out for its outstanding service and dedicated team.

      Customer service is not a strong point
      This store could use some serious training in customer service. Instead of asking if I needed help, several employees looked the other direction. When I finally got someone to stop, he was so rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. He pulled the exterior door and put it on a separate cart and walked away. Once I checked myself out, there seemed to be no one available to help load the door, so another customer in the parking lot helped me load the door into my truck.

          I bought a refrigerator, 3 toilets and 2 Hampton Bay fans here, And I have only been in Casper for 1 month. Good prices

            Big selection and good pricing
            HD is always at the top of my list. However, even they are not immune to the plague that is poor customer service. To be fair, there are many quality employees, especially in Casper, its just not as consistent as it used to be.

              Awesome appliance deals.
              I got a new washer and dryer unit, set. I am happy with the black Friday deals offred on my unit. Jennifer helped me in Casper wyoming, she came down personally to get me set up with financing and the unit I wanted. Service was fast, and I felt Like a valued customer. Candice greeted me and helped me decide on the untit I wanted. She was awesome with giving delivery suggestions.

                great employees
                I had a plumbing project that needed to be done, but as I had no clue what I was doing - the first worker bee (very pleasant & personable), altho he didnt know the answer to my question, found another worker bee who did & who walked me to where I needed to be, helped me choose the item I needed, helped me understand the workings of said item & discussed with me what the next steps would be. Great experience!

                  Horrible Customer Service
                  If i could do zero stars I would. We went in for just some basic needs and the manager that we talked to was so rude and disrespectful and then she stalked us all the way to the registers. The other guy that help us didn't know anything about the area he was working in. Then the carryout guy acted like he was to smart to help a couple of women load some carpet. Overall extremely dissatisfying visit

                    Check your boxed items before you check out
                    I bought a Ridgid 3x18 inch portable belt sander off the shelf. I get home, open it up, and it's USED. Dirty. Still with the paint-filled belt on it. The store did the right thing and immediately exchanged it, but what if I didn't live in Casper. What if I lived in Kaycee or Lander? I didn't believe this could happen, but I just had just read a post in the FB Electricians group about a guy who had bought a 200A Load Center "value pack" with breakers from HD, only to find that a used load center with no breakers had been put in the box and reshelved (HD location not specified).

                    Great customer service
                    Candace was extremely helpful on my visit. She directed me to the right location for what I was looking for, found me a cart and helped me load it. This is the second visit to the store where she has helped me out. Wonderful attitude, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend the store in Casper for shopping for home improvement supplies. It was a very positive experience.

                      Super Helpful!
                      So glad we stopped in after a not so good experience at the competitor down the street. The employees were helpful, located items not on the floor and made them available to us. Such a good experience! I'll make the Casper Home Depot my go to store for construction needs!

                          Great Customer service/product value
                          Great shopping experience at this store. The employees didn’t go the the other direction when they see an old lady who’s asking for 20 bags of potting. Loaded it in the blink of an eye. Best potting soil I’ve bought in years, great value and had shopped a 200 mi radius in central Wyoming.

                            Rotten Customer Service
                            All the registers were closed because it was 15 minutes before closing. I tried to check out at the service desk. The employee was too busy talking to his friends and totally ignored me. Only when I walked away did he ask if I needed help. I went to the prodesk to check out. The employee there checked me out and I was out of the store before it closed.

                                its hard to shop without carts
                                Its pretty ridiculous that there are no carts to use staged inside the store, you walk in look around for a cart then realize you have to walk all the way back outside to get a cart from the parking lot and then go back in the store to actually shop

                                  Ordered INSTOCK carpet that was suppose to be ready next morning. Due to snow storm and road closure wasn't able to pick up until 2 days later. Showed up and was told they didn't have the carpet. Was suppose to be ready next morning, so common sense would say, let me call the customer and let him know. Nobody called to tell me. My carpet installation has been delayed weeks now because of these guys. Rude and had a tough luck attitude about it.

                                    4x8 sheets don’t bother
                                    Can’t fit with other costumers. Have to move 2 carts to get to view product. No more loading at the door. Casper is always windy 20-25mph average Good luck loading in parking lot can’t pull up to the door

                                      Lacking everything
                                      This store keeps going downhill, which is unfortunate. Shelves are always empty so customers are always having to have the day crew block isles off to bring product down. The wood is warped and twisted, it takes nearly 30 minutes to find a few straight boards. Associates act like customers being there are an inconvenience, never have I seen any form of management, just a bunch of associates goofing off. I’m all for having fun at work but the way they act is unprofessional and most of the younger ones are the most inefficient bunch of employees I’ve ever seen.

                                        Did not know about products. The second employee also did not know about products. Did not help us load our large dishwasher with a baby even though six employees were sitting around chatting. Did not know to tell us to buy a dishwasher installation kit, which we did not know is first time purchasers of this appliance.

                                          Employee walked me to the isle and showed me exactly where the item is I was looking for. Menards’ employees always point to an isle instead of walking me to the item I’m looking for.

                                              My company buys alot of paint from the paint dept and really enjoy having David there when we do. He is exceptional at the paint dept.. if David isn't there when we need paint we hold off and wait for him to return. We really think David should have more help in the paint dept and help that knows about paint and that has the passion like David does for paint. Some of the help that does help him isn't that great. We also feel like David should get a raise in pay just for the simple fact of his passion and experience with the store. Thanks

                                                GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
                                                I am in this store sometimes multiple times a week and I enjoy the product selection but mostly the people. There is always someone to help you! Even if they don't know what you are looking for, they will take the time to find it. I am there so much the employees and I joke that I'm clocking in. They know my name and are always asking what I'm building next. I really appreciate you all. PS Still waiting for my apron.......

                                                          Bought delivery and installation of an appliance when I purchased the appliance
                                                          They did not make me aware of their appliance removal policy. So have old appliance stuck in hallway, since they refused to remove it!!!
