CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK AND STORE MANAGER WERE HELPFUL ADDRESSING MY CONCERN AND I WAS ABLE TO GET THE OUTCOME I WAS NEEDING AND HELPED ME OUT A LOT!

They did not make me aware of their appliance removal policy. So have old appliance stuck in hallway, since they refused to remove it!!!

What a nightmare. Want me to remove the fuel??? I bought an item from your store that requires fuel. The item did not work. 2 hours later I came back to return it. Wish I had not ever bought anything from Home Depot. I fully expect your store to be helpful and exchange or return the item. I do not expect to be met with associates that are not willing to be helpful or hung up on by manager. Due to this experience I paid off my Home Depot balance and destroyed my card before leaving the store.

I've been a customer of Home Depot 6001 for many years and have noticed a vast improvement in the Store's overall atmosphere these past few weeks. It seems the change in managers made a world of difference. It can only get better with your Team

I bought a new hard to fit refrigerator and dishwasher. Jennifer was knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to talk to. She met all my needs for my new appliances that are on the way.

I always get great customer service at this Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I always find what I need and usually things I don't.

I had a bunch of stuff to get and Roxy was the best help I've ever had in a Home Depot. All staff are top notch in this store.

The tool cabinet is well designed and laid out to separate various tools by type and size, wrenches, sockets, etc. to keep them sorted and accessible. Well built for the money paid.

Had help from being and end of my ordering my new kitchen makeover. Gave me advise on when to order my appliances too. Can't think Home Depot enough for having employees who knew the products in the store and help at every turn.

I got in, found what I was looking for, got through the self checkout (Amber did all the work for me) and was out the door in less than 15 min! Couldn't ask for better!

Excellent customer service and their flower selection is wonderful. Love being able to just go in the garden center w/o having to step in the store. Way to go Home Depot

Today going into the store we were greeted right away and then shortly after we were in the outdoor furniture section a employee named Chuck came by. He not only assisted us with our decision but he went above and beyond to make sure we got the extra information and extra help needed. Jake from garden was very helpful with assisting us as well as Chuck. Then when we were checking out Marc was very helpful and made sure everything was done for us and ready to go when we returned to pick up our items. All of the employees today, some I didn't get names of, but they all were very helpful and went above and beyond for customer service.

This store should be the flagship for Home Depot. Everything is always neat and clean. The employees seem happy to work here and happy you're shopping here. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need, make recommendations and take care of you. Kudos to the employees here at the Casper Home Depot!

Very clean, helped by multiple people and if they didn't know they found another person who did. I'm always happy to see smiling faces and Arie on the registers has the most beautiful smile! Will 10/10 come back, if not just to see her face again.

Great store to shop for home needs! Love the folks there and store layout. Easy to find what I need. Another reason to shop Home Depot is because they value Veterans...... Menard's (just down the street) does NOT!
