I was waiting for an associate to help me with an item that needed a ladder to get from a higher shelf on the morning of 02/05/21. Prior to getting the item, I had to wait for the associate to help another customer. I watched him for about ten minutes with the customer going over each item he needed in detail. The associate was very patient and did an absolutely great job. An item the customer wanted was not available and the customer became rude and a little irate with the associate before storming away. Throughout the encounter the associate maintained his composure and was professional. Without missing a beat he get the ladder and provided me with the item I needed. He tanked me an provided his name was Eddie. Great job Eddie and thank you.

there should be a big sign with an arrow pointing to turn in the obscure road leading to Home Depot,so that it is more easier for customers to get into the parking lot and arrive at their destination.

I could not find the products I was looking for because the employees were very unhelpful, belligerent, inattentive, unprofessional and unhelpful. They ignored me and did what they could to get rid of me quickly. Asking for assistance wrought no fruit because, even when they tried to help they failed to provide any useful information because they didn't know where the products were, how they should be used and also fought with me every step of the way if u disagreed with their advice. The store is very dirty, everything is covered in dust, there are accessories and tools all over the place by the multitool section, your online stock doesn't correspond with your store stock and I couldn't get anyone to check it for me because, as I said before, your employees aren't helpful and just say "we don't got it" instead of looking it up and actually checking it. Your associates were the opposite of friendly and helpful. I will do whatever I can not to come back to this store, this has been one of the worst experiences ever.

The Cropsey Ave. Home Depot is our go to store. It is well stocked with an extensive variety of items. It isn’t limited in stock as we find with other stores. We especially like the paint dept. The parking lot has plenty of spots & the location right off the Belt Pkwy is convenient. The entire staff is always courteous & willing to answer questions & the head cashier is very helpful with any issues.

I'm not surprised and I'm not disappointed. May be the last place I know I'm getting what I'm shopping for and where to find it.

IT IS A VERY GOOD HOME DEPOT TO SHOP AT. I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED. THE STORE IS ALWAYS NEAT AND CLEAN AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE PLEASANT, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS

July 12, 2020. At the Cropsey Avenue Store in Brooklyn, NY I witnessed 4 customers wandering through the store WITHOUT MASKS. I notified Security at the Exit about one man NOT wearing a mask and the customer told him "I was already in the store," a terrible excuse. If Security is intimidated by the Customers, assign NYPD at the Entrances.

Home Depot ATTEMPTED TO RIP ME OFF for $1500.00!

This store is very large and most of the times has exactly what I need in stock. The associates are very helpful, friendly and polite, especially the head cashier, Michael. I travel to get to this store rather than the one by my house but it is worth the trip

I LIVE IN STATEN Island BUT THE HOME DEPOT NEAR MY HOME DIDNT HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I RESEARCHED AND FOUND THAT CROPSEY AVENUE HAD MY ITEM.
