I tried ordering plywood online, couldn't. I tried ordering by phone, couldn't. Ordered in person and waited an hour before asking about what and when I was going to get help. Nobody in lumber answered the call from a cashier, store manager did not answer the call from the cashier. The initial cashier expected me to load 26 sheets of 3/4 plywood by myself. There was only 13 and ground level. Overall it took an hour and a half to complete getting my order after purchasing. No formal apology, or common sense. Worst experience I've had at home depot so far.

Cashier, 'Lara' trying to be nice, but very poor at her position in the garden center. Wouldn't give me my $5.00 credit if I spent $50, never asked for price check on item she was overcharging me, and never offered to give me help loading many heavy bags of concrete and stone into my vehicle for all the delay she caused me at check out.

Mary & Kaitlyn were both very helpful with my purchase. Mary even offered help me load my item into the car. They both went above & beyond to get me a great deal & help me get it home.

I had Chino, who was working in the self-checkout area and an assistant manager Jeremy (thanks to Chino), help me out. Because of these two gentlemen, I found an item that was listed on their app but not stocked and another item that was not even listed. That saved me a lot of time. I thank them both for their efforts.

The employees won't help you if they are not assigned to the department you are shopping in.

Friendly, people actually ask you if you need help, instead of trying to hunt someone down. That is a huge win!

I dislike all the product stored in the main aisles. It makes it difficult to get through. The stocking equipment should not be there during business hours, the aisles are so narrow the equipment barricades the aisles making egress almost impossible. It's a hazard to employees and customers

I visit a lot of Home Depot's in orange county. Normally, it's straightforward customer service..but when I came to Cypress location, they are respectful and helpful. They are laughing together and seem like a close family of co workers. I enjoyed my experience here.
