Loved this Home Depot location because it has an amazing and robust product selection, great prices, and looks impeccable inside.

I have been to many many many Home Depot's over the years. Whoever is running this store in Cypress off Lincoln ave is doing the absolute best job I have ever seen or experienced

My wife and I were very impressed with the cashier in the garden department, when visiting the store on May 19, 2022. The receipt lists his name as Chino. He was very polite, professional and efficient. He is an asset to your store.

Hannah, at the Cypress store, was the most helpful salesperson I have ever worked with. We are buying Window Blinds and having them installed throughout the house. I have a very hard time making decisions, and I told this to Hannah, the salesperson at the Cypress store. When we got there, she had everything set up at our appointment to make it easy. Her suggestions were great, and she was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. I can't wait to see my new blinds!

I recently went to the store and the associates in the store went beyond the work to help us out!

As I am not a contractor, I have little knowledge about what to look for whenever I visit a Home Depot. Luckily, my local HD always has team members available to assist me in a quick and courteous manner.

I bought a refrigerator with the help of a wonderful Home Depot personnel, who possessed good knowledge providing clear explanations with sincere advice.

I went to home depot to buy paint for my house, but wasn’t sure what specific color to get. I got helped by a man named Ryan and he was so patient with me and my family. He helped me find a color based on what interior I told him that I was going for. He was so kind and helped us immensely. He makes me want to come back here and buy more paint.

It was a busy Monday morning with lots of contractors getting ready for a busy and yet the employees were there for a lay person like me. I enjoyed the visit.

I went to return somethings & pickup some 2 x 4's. the self checkout line was 12 plus people long when I did the return then I picked up the lumber and the self checkout line was 20 people long with 4 or more Home Depot people telling customers which register to go to. Put the H. D. people on a register and move the line 3 times as fast and not have people waste there time & yours. But I will NEVER use self checkout unless you take 20% off my bill for doing your job. Seem only fair???

The customer services of this Home Depot are not as good as use to be. This store needs a better shop manager.

I encountered helpful staff on my visit today. He found the product I needed. But only self checkout was available. I'd wanted an employee to check out.

A decent store and I love the garden department. They seem to always have abundance of beautiful plants. Too bad I forgot to take a photo.

i visited another location and couldn't find a worker to unlock the power tool storage for me to get the tool i need so i tried this location another day.

It's very friendly to help and knowledge provide it that make my day so happy.

Always have the items I am looking for. The associates are most helpful. Customer Service are very helpful. Store's return policy is great. only used it a few times bur always no hassle.

The employees are great here. Very cheerful and knowledgeable. In the past, if one of their services was not operable, such as their wood cutting table, the are quick to offer the locations of other stores that are able cut my wood. If they do not have a product in stock, or they don't sell it, they are quick to offer other stores and locations that may.

Assistant at the ‘Doors’ department and 2 Cashiers were so genuine and helping me get the products I needed . Saved me many miles of a return trip.
