I went for window treatments and the worker was so busy answering his phone and discussing his personal affairs that he cut my shades incorrectly. I’d already had to wait 15 minutes for him and I had to bring them back. $4 gas, lost time. The worst!

Hello all . Home depot always carries the items I look for and normally it is just a routine experience , not looking to be treated special or anything just get my product and go . But this last experience was the last experience for me at this store . Living in Detroit I try to shop Detroit , but this store is in disarray and dirty . I do not know they are just lackadaisical and the shop is dirty. Livonia or Caton for now on .

Poor customer service. Manager Wendy is a very rude lady...

I find everything I need at my local Home Depot store! Great employees that make sure I have what's needed for my projects.

The cashier made the effort to summoned additional staff to aid me in retrieving items from a challenging shelf. In addition, the same cashier brought one of my forgotten items at the counter, to my car in the parking lot. Customer service I appreciate .

This is Worst Customer Service Experience I Have Ever Had! Associates in the store but won’t help. Sitting at the desk or on the back dock kicking it. Finally was able to get one person who told me they would be back to help and never showed. Found him Sitting at desk after I waited 20 minutes for him to come back. Check out associate seated barely spoke and needed help from you to scan items and complete my check out. Store dirty and disorganized.

This is the ONLY Home Depot located on the west side of Detroit that we have at our access. We must keep it in operation, safe, and fully stocked for our community growth and projects.

They never have anything in stock. They will sale you items that are missing parts. The employees are slow and always rude.

Tiffany Wells made a great impression as she handled multiple customers with a pleasant genuine attitude. I was amazed that she only worked there for a month because she was on the ball.

Everything was alright? It took a minute to order my refrigerator but we got it done!

This Home Depot has upped their game. My recent visits were productive, allowed me to experience courteous sales associates and get in and out in a reasonable time depending on my purchases. Its good to have a brick and mortar in the neighborhood with great hours of operation.

Staff was very well educated on the whereabouts of items area’s in the store, when I arrived at the items I needed there were so many to choose from staff assisted me on which item I needed was very patient with my description of my need, assisted me with lifting and loading my item on a cart and someone else assisted me with loading my car, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes Great experience

Great store, very good customer service, very convenient location to shop for all your home improvement items.

The associates were very knowledgeable and courteous. The store was organized and the check out was fast.

This is one of the busiest Home Depot stores I've been in but the lines move quickly with friendly courteous cashiers. The shelves are well stocked and they usually have exactly what I need.
