I love this store. It is so close to my home and every time I go, I get so inspired and end up wanting to buy more and do more. The store associates are always so nice and helpful. Especially Justin and Nancy. I encountered them today and my trip was amazing because of them. The store is clean and so is the parking lot. Everything was easy to find, the shelves were fully stocked and nice and neat. I love this store.

I keep returning to this store location due to my previous positive experiences in prior visits.

My wife and I were in different parts of the store and at least three employees asked it they could help - and were very knowledgeable!!!

I’ve been having a difficult time, placing an online order, so I went to the store on Albemarle Road. Was greeted as I walked in the door and I walked over to the service desk were Gail and Coach were very helpful. Great experience.

Charlotte store was clean, stocked and organized!

Easy to find what you’re looking for.

NICELY KEPT STORE. EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY. THE OTHER CUSTOMERS LOOKED HAPPY. NICE ENVIRONMENT. SHELVES WERE STOCKED. STORE WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. EASY TO LOCATE ITEMS NEEDED.

Charlotte Home Depot could be the place to go if you're looking for Leafjoy H2O bowls (houseplants growing in water bowls) on march 2nd they had 2 types of philodendrons (Sun Red and some regular green philos) and some pothos and Snow White arrowhead plants. I bought the last philodendron birkin on the table, sorry! But check out this place anyway b/c I've never seen this many H2O bowls in one place before.

I really enjoy going to this location. It's 2 miles from my home, truly a neighborhood store. Nice to have one so close. Some of the staff I know by name and they know me. Most everyone greets you with a smile and are willing to help. Store is clean and well maintained. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: frequently, items I need are out of stock. I usually head to the location in Matthews, NC in that instance. Does not keep them from being my goto location. HD, you rock!

Robert in Electrical stopped what he was doing and took time to help me find the bulbs I needed for my track lights in my kitchen and explained to me which ones would work best for what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Robert in the lighting department was very helpful and kind. The staff is always great and knowledgeabl!

Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the parking lot if you make a large purchase of multiple items. Sometimes the cashiers miscount or don't pay attention to the differences in similar products

I was making a $1600 purchase on a glass sliding door, called the University location a very sweet lady kept answering the phone trying to get someone to help me but staff was short. She tried but no one would answer the phone, so I called another Home Depot And luckily Mr Chandler was there. He was with another customer and said he would call me back, I was doubtful but he did!! And Oh my goodness Mr Chandler was knowledgeable kind & smart. He knew his product and sold me on a $1600 glass sliding door with out any problem. Mr Chandler is a jewel for me and Home Depot because I desperately needed to place a order. He cared for me and Home Depot, so Home Depot give him a promotion or a raise and keep him because he is rare in these days!!!!

So often, I go into a store only to find they are 'out' of the merchandise. I have found that dealing with the staff at Home Depot, they will go out of their way to help you!

We strictly ship at Home Depot and travel further to go to this one. Without fail someone is always available for assistance and seems happy to help. Always very friendly people and will ask someone if they don't know the answer. We had to pick out a versatile but not overly expensive carpet for a specific area. The person who helped even weighed in on the finally 2 choices. VERY friendly & kind.

The staff at this store are always helpful in all types of questions regarding Home Repairs.

Lillian “LILLY” the cashier was Phenomenal!! So sweet and friendly. She made me smile the whole experience. She also had me laughing. ROD was very helpful. Her AND Rod made my day so much better :) God bless them both.

Employees were friendly and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering them with questions. This store is further away from our house but provided a much more enjoyable experience.

Purchased 80 lbs pavers and got assistance with getting them off the shelf, taking them to my SUV and putting them in my vehicle with no hesitation. Great experience.
