This store is by far the best place to shop for all your home improvement needs. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices at this Home Depot beat those that I checked at Lowe's for the same merchandise. If you have a project to do, shop here and get all that you need in one place.

Home Depot #339 has an employee there at the Customer Service station who embodies the caring, smiling, patient traits that a customer needs to experience after having a difficult day at work. Larame was the perfect person who greeted me at the Customer Service station, with a smile and a warm hello as I walked in the store soaked and wet from the storm. He offered to help me get my merchandise out of my car and as we walked out the store, asked me if I had a good day. His thoughtfulness made me smile, and because of his caring nature I did have a good day.

Amanda in the blinds department is WONDERFUL! I’ve been super stressed about everything because we just purchased our first home. I’ve been trying to order blinds and I was getting stressed with the ordering process. No matter how irritated I was, Amanda calmly deescalated the situation. Amanda, offered solutions to EVERY concern I had, making blinds and financing for the blinds, 2 less things I had to worry about. Amanda is a really great representation of Home Depot and the level of customer service the company seeks to provide. Amanda is the reason I will return to this specific store for future needs.

My shopping experience was so bad that I cam home today and called the corporate office. Please read the survey for additional information. The garden center was well stocked.

I went to LOOK at stackable washer/dryer units, seriously interested in buying one, but having to wait for plumber to set my utility room up for the new appliance, and was helped by a very knowledgeable employee, Victoria Matias, who worked to find me a combo unit that was available, as there is a shortage of all appliances these days. She was able to find me a unit within about 10 minutes and helped me with info about the delivery, registering the unit asap when it was delivered, info about the 48-hr problem-solving allowance should there be anything wrong with the unit after I get it, info about the various extended warranties available and so, I bought a unit that very day and set up the delivery to flow with my plumber's finishing the job in my utility room. She even helped me learn about countertops and sinks and advised me to take measurements and get back to her for help with that.

Terrible and careless service. I bought paint and was given a gallon with wet paint on it. It got on my shirt and manager Jacob said manager Brain said ‘ahh there’s nothing we can do about it.’ Unreal. My shirt is most likely ruined and they didn’t even pretend to care. We spent over $300 this trip. Awful treatment all around.

I had an excellent shopping experience today. I did not grab a shopping basket because I planned to just run in and out. I did buy more than I had planned to buy and was assisted at the self-check out by the Cashier who was so kind and gracious. It was evident that she really loved her job and I regret that I did not get her name because she was the best!! I was not in the best of spirits earlier today but after interacting with her, she made my day and I told her so. It is wet, cloudy and gloomy outside but the sun is shining in my heart right now.

The person who assisted me was very professional and thorough in making sure I received everything I needed for my project. Victoria Matias in Kitchen and Bath Design was someone who needs to be recommended as employee of the month.

I went to the store to purchase flooring for my home. When I requested a flooring associate to order the flooring quantity I needed, an associate arrived in the flooring department without delay. The amount of material I needed was not in the store, but she immediately went online to complete the order and arranged for all of the material to arrive in one bulk delivery to my home with delivery set within a reasonable time period. The associate and the customer service employee were helpful and courteous. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot location in the future because of my good experience.

This is a very neat and clean store. The associate are very helpful. The price is always right at HOME DEPOT. I can always find the items I need to do my home project.

If your worried about covid19 please dont visit this store. They only have self checkouts open and nobody is cleaning anything. No one sanitized the carts. No one sanitized any of the touch screen registers or scanners that everyone is touching. And they still let people in the store with out a mask even tho they do have a sign that states you must wear a mask according to governors rules. Do yourself a favor and wear a mask and gloves to use anything in this store.

This store was the only store near me that had a product I was searching for and the customer service was outstanding when it came to locating the product and making sure it would be there for me after my drive to get it. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

The store was very clean, and was asked if I needed help several times. I worked with Richard and Diane, so very knowledgeable and helpful.

When I shopped at Home Depot, everyone was friendly and curtious. Keith helped me and he was very knowledgeable of all the products I was looking for. He took me right to what I needed and explained how they worked. He was a very polite man.
