Yells for no reason. No customer service. Register went down after being yelled at by sandy so had to be embarrassed infront of all the customers. -10/10 NEVER going back!

If you are looking for Home Appliances this is the place to go we had went to several stores and never got much help at all,some didn’t even speak to us,But at Home Depot in Hamilton Ohio ask for CHELSIE THIS YOUNG LADY KNOWS HER STUFF VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. Ray & Sally Kinzer

Easy to find things. Have bought many many items at home depot. Today o bought two sets of battery operated night lights that work like a dream. I had also bought some a couple weeks ago and today bought more! Bought house numbers and batteries. I love Home Depot.

I had knowledge of what I was needing to purchase but I just did not know where it was located at in the store and Angela help me find it fast and friendly with a smile on her face

I got 3 months ago a Mower tracto it was genius working great before cutting grass take 2 hours now only 25 minutes I’m happy also saved time.

The tool repair facility is really very awesome. Michael is a true professional and gentleman. They did a great job very quickly and at a very reasonable price.

We purchased 4 appliances and this has been a nightmare! Customer service was terrible! We have spent HOURS on the phone with Home Depot trying to get this right. A month later, we had to order the part for our microwave ourselves, the dishwasher was re-installed, the refrigerator has scratches and the stove is damaged. The replacement came 2 weeks ago. It was also damaged. Now we get to wait until mid July for a stove. Hopefully it's not damaged also! We will NEVER do this again!!!

Bought a new water heater. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. My cashier Grace helped me get a new Home depot credit card and it saved me a hundred dollars off my bill.

We stopped in this store after visiting relatives in the local cemeteries over Memorial Day weekend. Check your receipt carefully. Our cashier charged us 4 times for one item. $120 mistake that we are still trying to resolve. It didn't help that the store is a 75+ mile round trip. Don't bother with calling, when someone eventually answers, they won't be able to help you.

This store really came through for me when I needed a grill for the Memorial Day weekend. I had purchased from a competitor but the unassembled, in-box grill was damaged from being stored outdoors. This store has their unassembled grills stored inside, out of the weather. The employees were very helpful in finding the unit that I wanted and retrieving it from the high shelving as well as helping load it into my vehicle. It was raining hard that day and they made every suggestion and effort to make sure I didn't end up with a soggy box and a damaged grill.

This store could use a lesson in customer experience and display some genuine concern for fair and equitable treatment of all shoppers.

This is an amazing Home Depot. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to this one specifically. The staff is knowledgeable and polite and go above and beyond to assist their customers. Every employee I walk past asks me if they can help me with anything. I had 2 staff members go as far as pulling a pallet down with a forklift to find a product that was in-stock. They wouldn’t have me go to another store until they had exhausted all possibilities of finding what I was looking for. They even followed up with me when I was in a separate part of the store to see if I needed any assistance. 10 out of 10.

This is a store that cares about there customers. they will help any way they can.
