Checking out can be a nightmare. Management clearly doesn't appear to care. One cashier in garden section; one in main store - self-checkout registers were either out of order or with excessive lines. Lowes couldn't have any better advertising.

Monee at the pro desk is the best! She makes shopping there pleasureable!

This store has Improved it’s Organization, Diversity of Product Options and overall Employee Helpfulness. Big overall Improvement from years past! Love the new Locker Delivery System!!

I have been shopping at Home Depot in Elk Grove for nearly 15 years. The associates are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and available. From finish materials to kitchen appliances to garden to lumber, the store always the right materials and associates to provide there knowledge on installation, modifications, and improvements.

The store is always well stocked with products. However, l will like to see the store have rental department for equipment that the store at Power-Inn road has.

Home depot is bad news and bad customer service, never enough staff available. This elkgrove staff is rude. they are low on items. once one of the managers was rude to me and when they have staff go on break they HAVE NO BACKUPS. this is no way of running a business

I had the best experience today! My husband and I went in to buy paint and ended up buying a new fridge. Philip was so helpful and patient with us. We couldn't decide on what fridge we wanted but he never once seemed annoyed. He's super positive and knowledgeable. If you need to buy appliances go to home depot!

Mohammad cashier in Elk Grove store did serve me beyond expectation. 2 cashiers in Home Depot told me I’m not able to make a refund for a purchased I made 1 wk ago but now is on sale this Memorial Day. But for Mohammad he was able to do it . Planning to return the unit but he said “not to make hard for you” I will definitely make a credit. It’s reasonable indeed. Thank you Mohammad!!

I believe I have received the best customer service here. I would hope that other retailers strive to be an knowledgeable and as accommodating to their patrons. The young lady in appliances was amazing when she helped us! I’m calling the manager to let them know how amazing she is
