I would not recommend getting AC services or contracts through this company. It was a nightmare and one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The contractors broke my water pipe and my pump lost prime. I went without water and AC. The contractors tried to hide it from me, but I noticed something wasn’t right. They left trash under my house and told me the job was complete. They also did not hook up three of my vents under my house. I noticed all of this before I signed the completed paperwork. The manager himself threw an eaten cup of sunflower seeds in my yard, disgusting! Instead of using their own supplies, The guys used my rakes to clean up my own yard and broke one of them. One guy wondered around my property which made me uncomfortable because I wasn’t home. The same guy went to area in my yard to relieve himself. They stripped the screws out of my wall from trying to push my door open from the inside and did not fix it. Insulation under my house was coming undone. They lied to me and said I did not have propane gas to properly make sure my heater works, which I did. I confirmed that by calling my gas company. It cost me almost $200 for them to inspect my gas tank and found nothing wrong with it. So that’s money out of my pocket, lost for nothing. When they broke my waterline they did not clean up the mess. So it looked like vomit and all kinds of nasty mess. The contractor’s communication was awful and made me feel as if they were not going to fix the problem. A plumber was called in, but could not fix the problem. Then, A welder was called in and pulled up my well line. From that point on everything continued to go down hill. Now dirt was in my waterlines contaminating everything. My washing machine and water lines were clogged from the sand and almost destroyed my appliances. I’m having to make small repairs out of my own pocket. Learn from my experience! I will load pictures. Unfortunately, I could only load six pictures. I highly recommend you do your research before dealing with these companies. This was my first time dealing with this company ever and it is one of the worst decision of my life! after they broke my waterline, I did not trust them being on my property without observation. I ended up having to miss two days of work to get my water fixed and making sure they complete the work and not break anything else without me knowing. The only reason why I gave them one star because I had to write something. Otherwise, I would not give them any stars.

I love homedepot products, tools,plumbing,lumber they have everything! Very clean store & they work as a team i been in Remodeling 40 years this is best store ever!

Sandra was extremely friendly and offered to ring out items up right away when she saw us waiting in another line. She was so pleasant and sincerely was happy to help us.

We was in Florence at our family home and water pump went out. We went to Home Depot to purchase parts and associate , Kena, was so resourceful in helping get parts. We returned to the store for another repair, which Kena assisted again and provided optimal customer service. He is a definite asset to this store.

Terrible customer service, no assistance offered with picking up a very large 12 foot skeleton. Ladies at customer service desk don't know what that means

I bought my hvac system for my home and they were very professional explaining every step of the project also they gave me a great deal!!!

This store has everything you need to do a home improvement job. In my opinion it has the one thing that keeps me coming back. That one thing is Knowledgeable people that can look at your problem and fine a solution.

My husband and i came in to the store today to buy some gardening essentials for our yard. Delisa greeted us upon arrival in the garden center, made sure there was nothing we needed assistance with and was extremely pleasant during the checkout process. The garden center was very neat and clean and everything that we needed was very easy to find. Highly recommend this store.

This Home Depot seems to value its customers in a time when most places seem to loathe them. Ebony was so helpful at the checkout and we didn't have to wait at all for it.

12/16/23 I purchased a GE FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR. I had the great fortune of having Kristini assist me in this purchase. Patient, professional and detailed in her explanation throughout the purchase. Answered all of my questions, sometimes twice. She made this a great experience coming to Home Depot.

Opened up an account online, went to the store to use it and the cashier said it didn’t work. I called Citibank…they said the cashier should have used the barcode sent to me on my phone. I had shown the cashier the barcode and she said she couldn’t use it. She also said customer service would not be able to assist me and I should have opened the account in the store in order to receive my discount. Citibank said that was not so and this confusion on Home Depot’s part should’ve never happened.

Purchase of a new refrigerator was quick and painless. I'm often hesitant using personal credit for purchases and was set on cash for my item of choice. However, the temptation of saving additional cost of applying for a Home Depot credit card I gave it a shot. Home Depot made it simply easy to apply for a credit card and quickly approved. I couldn't of been happier with the outcome of the assistance and ease of not having to come out of pocket up front.

Bridget in customer service is awesome. Exceeded my expectations. Very patient and professional.

This store has the dishwasher we was looking for we are very pleased with our shopping trip today and the customer service was a big help as well.

This Home Depot is the best that I have been to. I just wish there was a location on the southern area of Florence.

Could not get anyone to assist me or point me in the right direction for a plumbing part I was looking for. I asked twice for assistance. I finally found it by going to the website. I even checked myself out!
