I always choose to come to this Home Depot, mainly because it's convenient to my house but the store is clean and well stocked. If they dont have it the associates are always willing to place an online order for you or tell you what nearby stores do carry the product. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

I was so excited to get the quartz countertops I was dreaming of at an affordable price! The HLSims countertop people came to measure in a fair amount of time, they are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that I can talk with a real person who answers the phone @ HL Sims

This store needs attention from the district management team. It is not living up to the Home Depot Core Values when it comes to engaging with customers in the aisles.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff

I have purchased the same shelves in the past. Not only are they durable they are pleasing aesthetically for my pantry and for my laundry room.

Walking in a Home Depot is like a kid going to a toy store.

I truly appreciate Jeri and store manager Jesse. They understood the needs of our high school band and were helpful in accommodating us. We will definitely recommend Home Depot anytime there is a need that they can meet. Home Depot has such a wide variety of items, there are not many needs that they cannot meet.

Went to look for a floor lamp for my father-in-law’s birthday. They had a good selection and a salesperson walked up and offered yo assist. In these post COVID times I was pleasantly shocked. Great service and product.

These days it’s hard to get good customer service anymore and believe me I’m in the business! I found the dish Home Depot has exceptional customer service their employees generally seem happy to be there! And they’ve always been helpful since day one in my experience.

i was inform from other location to go this store to find my items that i was looking for beouse other store was out of stock and when i get to Gainesville, they help me all the time great place to go

The speciality people in appliances and flooring are the best at customer service. I had rather have purchased a new range to match my stainless steel refrigerator we ordered that had a white top with coil stove eyes rather than black but it was not available.

Outstanding customer service.

Disrespectful Nita was rude, and horrible by not coming to assist me with a handheld scanner at the self checkout register being it would not work. She instead stopped to talk to another customer; then she tried to obstruct my transaction when it started working being when I told her I had it she attempted to perform the purchase instead of letting me self checkout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed some lumber pulled down. The cashier called four or five times on the intercom until help arrived. Waited about twenty minutes. The cashier was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

This store is staffed with helpful, courteous, and friendly people. You never have to hunt around for someone to help you and it seems that whoever you ask for help, they will either help you quickly or find the appropriate person who is better able to help. The store is organized and clean and the plant selection is awesome.

We checked out through the line with Charles and he had the friendliest attitude of all( so we went to his line instead of others).

I was looking for a power drill as a gift, knowing nothing about them, and Glenn explained the various drills and we talked about what to buy. He did not try to "sell" me -- just gave a great ,easy to understand, explanation of products available.

I had a couple of items that were not available in the store and the employees (Randi and Glenn) went the extra mile. I felt like they valued me as a customer.
