I was looking for a power drill as a gift, knowing nothing about them, and Glenn explained the various drills and we talked about what to buy. He did not try to "sell" me -- just gave a great ,easy to understand, explanation of products available.

I had a couple of items that were not available in the store and the employees (Randi and Glenn) went the extra mile. I felt like they valued me as a customer.

Just took delivery of Deere tractor and staff took time to explain new features. HD is generally my first stop for DIY projects and I depend on staff for advice.

Leadership/Management may move to stepping up 'training' to some of these clueless Kids. Starting with the concepts of retail and learning how to ask question(s) when you do not know.

I have never been disappointed with this store. It has everything I need, including a wonderful garden shop. Store is well labeled as to what area you are looking. Hope, our saleslady was very pleasant and able to talk about product before we asked questions.

Management was rude when I ask about an item that is constantly out of stock. Poor customer service. I shop this store 5 days a week purchasing $20000.00 plus a year with HD for many years.

This used to be my go-to-store but in the age of cutting back of staff it's getting to the point you can't get help, self-checkouts are down, no registers are open and there is very little front end help to resolve customer issues. Home Depot has certainly let me down when it comes to customer service and I don't know that I will go back to this store.

As spring is finally here, so its time for planting. The staff in the garden area were very helpful. Specially placing the big bags of soil into my car. Very polite and friendly.

Deciding to get new carpet for my home was a very long and hard decision. Fortunately Sara Tilford was working the day I began this journey. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop. Jeremy did a fantastic job finding the item I wanted in top stock. He was such a huge help. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful but Jeremy out shined them all. I highly recommend shopping here.
