Able to do a one stop visit to get most items. Particular items some weren’t sold at this location. Unable to do online for Guam

Recently got into the home depot app, didnt know there was even one. The thing is its very very laggy, it would make for a faster shopping experience if I can just zoom/ search through my cart list as I go. It would save me a lot of time.

This particular visit I experienced poor customer service from Klowie at self check out and someone and a lady at the customer service counter/. Very disappointing that I had to go and validate that an item I was purchasing was on sale and that a Hope Depot Associate couldn’t. What are they getting paid to do? Even more upsetting that the rep at customer service had nothing better to say when I brought up the issue. She simply said individual couldn’t leave self help and they replied by asking why couldn’t she ask someone else to validate. Is it really my job to walk back and get the information?

Light Tools and cleaning materials were affordale in price

The employees are amazing and helpful. Steve in particular was amazing. The store is clean and stocked well.

from the very warm temperature from the a.c. being down the negative shopping experience was redirected through an awesome customer service.

Inside a building should not be hotter than outside a building. But come to Guam Home Depot. Everyone's sweating into the carts and on the floor because of the aircon not working.

Satisfied with the service and walk out happy to get home and use what ever I purchased

Customer service is getting better

No one in customer service has ever once picked up the phone for anyone I know and myself. They also try to cover up their lack of service by lying. “Just call this extension and someone is always here from 8am to 5pm.” I was there before 5, no one was “there” answering calls. I called the extension given to me for a phone right next to where I was standing. It did not ring. I saw it blinking with someone calling, but no sound came from the phone. All employees never noticed the phone ringing.

Home Depot has everything I need for managing my properties; very convenient & helpful team members!!

The store was well organized and clean after Christmas sales.

Guam HD has awesome customer service. I am never 50 feet away from a rep who is willing to assist me or others. This is what I love the most about this HD.

I had 1 gift left to purchase for Christmas and the thought of going into another store was daunting. I went in home depot, picked out what I wanted and then went to the register. My cashier, Nicole, was a blessing and im so grateful for her help. She was patient when I was flustered and so helpful in completing my transaction. She made me, yes, glad I went☺️
