I THOUGHT ONE OF THE CHRISTMAS TREES I WANTED WERE GONE, BUT THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND 2 LAST BOXES LEFT FROM THE TOP SHELF. THEY ALSO HELPED LOAD IT ON MY CART.

No one at Customer Service or the Pro desk answered the phone after an hour of constant calling.

Home Depot is usually the first place and last place I go to buy things for my home.

Home Depot is always a plus whenever you want to buy things on the fly. You dont necessarily need to need something for home to go there.

We have been looking for affordable tools and so happy to ding the Ridgid and the Ryogi tools on sale! We bought these as gifts for our son-in-law! woot woot! so happy woth our purchase!

I alwaye want to go down eventhough i buy only one item , i really admire the smell there. And also the management is so well organized, we can tell by the display of the stufff , eventhough the price is up but i still satisfy for the price I always went to buy my cleaning supplies , air freshner laundry soap , Thank you homedepot staff for your kindness service really appreciated Thank you god bless you all

The things I am now doing brings me back to my childhood watching my Dad fix repairs and build things and Me being the daughter that like holds the flashlight (LOL) and I guess you learn alot by just watching. He was a Fix it, Repair it kinda a man. I have purchased so many Ryobis Tools from Drills, Sanders, jigsaws, chopsaw, weed trimmer Blowers. Powerwashers. I'm like starting my own fixer upper shop. Im enjoying it so much. Its crazy coz I when I'm faced with a repair or project, I ask myself. "What would Daddy do?" and I'm off to HD with a list to tackle the issue. I just love all the selections and the advices of the person on the floor willing to suggest and help me with my situation. I always enjoy shopping at Hardware stores rather than the mall. Maybe because everything I try on fits perfectly. I luv HomeDepo

Thank you to JUSTIN who provided great Customer Service on October 1st, 2022. This is the first time a salesperson on the floor acknowledged and asked if I found everything I need. As a regular customer at Home Depot - I appreciate it.

Good selection of home improvement products. This place is always my go-to home improvement center. I just wish it was a little cooler. I would like to shop more if I wasn’t sweating inside.

While having trouble walking I needed to use the carts to shop . Countless times the carts failed and needed help ! Which blocked customers from passing . You need to add more carts or get new ones that last longer when used . The managers just used the excuse that other people used it before me and that is why the battery wasn't fully charged . It was 0630 no used them yet !!! Lame excuse . You need to fix this problem or I will report this to authority's .

Beautiful store that adds to the shopping experience! And to me one of the best ideas was to put a self-checkout for customers convience!

Although it was frustrating trying to get connected with someone via telephone, once I connected with GIAN from the appliance department, he was the most respectful, patient, resourceful, and kind customer service rep I have ever experienced. He carefully explained the options I have by providing me with items in stock and the wait time for special order items. GIAN also was informative of the process of home delivery and was able to assist me in making this telephone transaction, given I life on the mainland and I am not on island to make the carful selection for the appliances. Thank you GIAN for making this process seamless and stressless. Home Depot Guam needs more GIANS!

I love going to this store. Employee's are always engaged, always willing to help. Lastly, I love the selection.

I was looking to replace old appliances. I happened to get Fernando on the line and what a blessing! He gave me better options than what I was finding on the internet and I ended up getting the exact GE range model I was looking for AND a matching dishwasher - both for less than I'd seen online. Great customer service. Look for Fernando if you need appliaances.

I CAME INTO THE HOME DEPOT STORE FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM WHICH WAS AVAILABLE AND THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE.

I have encountered Ray at the Guam Tamuning Home Depot Paint Dept. a few times and each time he has always given the extended exemplary manner. Not like his coworker Becky, she was rude and totally out of line. One visit I went to get more paint of the same color and I showed her a picture of the paint information from the previous mix. She wrote it on a piece of paper and I walked away to continue my shopping. When I went back to get the gallon, the paint was wrong, Ray asked who took my information and I pointed to Becky. She immediately said with a high tone voice “I didn’t do that, that wasn’t me and walked away. Ray stood there without words and Becky came back and accused me of giving the wrong number. I told her you saw the pic of from my cellphone and wrote the number down. What did you write. She continued to raise her voice saying “no I didn’t “. She eventually re did my order with no apology but with a sour face! I was so upset I waited a day later to report her to a store manager. I would not trust her work if I had to encounter her again!
