From start to finish our home projects were assisted by the great team at the Houghton Lake MI store #2769! John and Lauri in the paint department were so helpful, patient and kind! Josh and the kind store associate from store #2769 (His employee number is JAF1CJ0 but I didn’t catch his name) was patient and completed my order. There were glitches in the order system but he remained calm and professional. Chris, the employee that measured and will install my blinds communicated the entire time and has done a great job so far!

Very happy with the excellent customer service from houghton Lake store. Chris in plumbing was knowledgeable and knew everything I needed to buy. John took me out of line and rang me at service counter, very friendly and quick. And Jeromy was all over helping customers and assisting at the register. Awesome Customer Seevice. Over the past few years, we have remodeled a duplex that we bought at the tax auction. It needed all new plumbing, carpet, dry wall, electrical and paint. We bought our supplies exclusively at Home Depot and were very pleased with the selection of material types. We often relied on the advice of your sales associates, especially the plumbing section. We were very appreciative of your programs to buy now and take 6 months or a year to pay for any given project. At one time, I had 5 Home Depot Cards, but I have only one today. We sold our house last fall at a good profit.

I have bought window treatments from this location for the past few months. Nick has been my go to person. He always answers my questions to my satisfaction. His measurements to cut window blinds are always spot on. He’s friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone at this Home Depot are friendly and professional as well.

Theresa did a FANTASTIC job designing our kitchen. She was incredibly helpful and was patient in answering all of our questions. Her suggestions were great and she made the experience fun! Theresa is the BEST!

Jacqueline our cashier was beyond friendly and helpful! Thank you we just purchased a home to finish in the Houghton Lake area and she made our shopping trip less stressful when we realized we forgot our Home Depot cards down state.

Great product, our kitchen was remodeled 3 years ago. The contractor used Glacier Bay faucet. That one started leaking about 1 month age. tThe sprayer never shut the water flow to the faucet completely the Delta does an has a larger flow through the faucet, Will recommend Delta to anyone wanting fixtures for new construction or remodel.

Great store and even better customer service

We have purchased many items from our local Home Depot and have been very satisfied. Their employees are friendly and helpful. When we remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we bought our oak cupboards, sink and Coriander countertops and dishwasher from them and have been more than pleased.

Best Customer Service!! You do not have to run down a employee for help...they are everywhere and willing to help!!

Rick went out of his way to help us find our long list of items that our husbands sent us out for. He was a life saver in getting us out before the snowstorm got much worse!

Every time I go to the Houghton in Lake Home Depot I am greeted and asked if I would like any help. They show me their products we compare our prices. This is the best Home Depot on the planet.

I hesitated to get new blinds as it always seems like a hassle. This Home Depot has the best employee Nick in the flooring and window coverings department. Do yourself a favor and shop when he is there.

.y tub drain stopper stopped working & the hubby tore into the pipes that disintegrated so we had to hire plummer. Home Depot had a very nice selection for my shower fixture. I'm also going back to replace the sink fixtures that will match. I don't have to go to more than one store and the lady was so helpful. She was awesome all way around. I wish I got her name

I would like to thank Chris Ann for all of her help on my purchase of the washer & dryer, she was so much help, and such a good personable gal, I appreciate her being at the local Home Depot.

Would like to thank Jon in the electrical dept. He was very helpful plus there were a couple in the appliance dept that were very helpful.

Employees happy and polite will be back for supplies for home improvements and was informed about garden I will be back

Great team and help.

Mark Williams is the Milwaukee tool expert. Knows the Milwaukee line well along with promotions. He will assist with advice on how the best way would be to complete a job. Makes the shopping experience much better. The more experienced employees in this store are awsome to work with as well but Mark is my favorite to work with.
