I would do at least 4 stars but they don't stock appliances even it they stock a couple of brands it would nice usually if your appliance break down you need one right away so I end up going somewhere else

Helene at cash out was extremely helpful and patient!

Painted six rooms and each time we were there for paint, or tools,Laurie helped us through any problems .

The "STYLE WELL" Stainless Steel Kitchen waste can I bought for my Kitchen is perfect and ideal for @ the end of my Bar Counter... Flat back and shaped like a "D" 25" tall Love it

I'm not a handy women but I do have home projects & up keeping to do. Staff always knows what I'm looking for and assists me in knowing how to properly do things .

i strive on customer service. i also want to interact with employees to see how they do with the unknown shoppers. its great to see they all are doing well in this home depot

My husband bought a drill today & "Mark" went above & beyond his duty to help us out. Next time I'm in the Houghton Lake store I will be looking for "Mark" if I have any questions.

Its easy to go in find all the items we need there is a large selection and check out quickly. The employees are helpful and kind.

I just ordered a new furnace from home Depot and the process was extremely easy and they were fast coming out and installing it. The furnace guy Corey was really knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I couldn't believe how fast they moved.

The only thing about my trip to your store that I didn't like, and I guess it's my fault for getting old and not paying enough attention was that no one asked me if I was a Veteran. I could have said why yes, I'm a twice decorated U.S. Army combat Veteran and maybe left the store with about $180.00 still in my pocket. Other than that, it was just another great shopping trip to the Home Depot.

I purchased some material at Home Depot and while there I was looking at snow blowers. Home Depot price was a little more expensive that the same product from another store that was on sale and Home Depot matched it. That sole me on going to HOme Depot 1st next time.

I have purchased many different items from this store and what I don't find in the store they usually have online. You would be amazed at the amount of items that are offered that you would never think of.

It is one of the smaller stores but usually is well stocked

I had been given as a gift a DeWalt Orbital Jig Saw, and it was defective from the start. A new one was needed to finish a project, and I needed help selecting one that would actually work. Mark in tools asked about the project, and gave me several choices with pro/con of each. The Ridgid 18V Octane Jig Saw was chosen as being that I already had batteries that would fit from my other Ridgid products, (drills). Used it for the first time today, and I am sold!

Home Depot has been our go to place for al of our home projects. We purchased 20 bags of top soil for our outdoor project and the top soil had clumps of clay, roots hard plastic mixed in it. After taking our all the "junk" we had about 3/4 of a bag of usable soil.

Employees are always very friendly and helpful at this Home Depot.

Had such a nice employee named Becky who helped me tonight. She really went out of her way to get everything done that I needed

Worth the drive to shop in a store that has staff, products, and an actual understanding of customer service.

Great store. Very helpful & clean. Love the licensed plumber in the plumbing department. He was awesome!!!!

Always friendly employees and it's rare to see something that is out of stock. It's easy to find what you need at this store.

There are a few mom and pop hardware stores in the area but this is the only big-box store. I usually have about 5 different items I'm looking for and I know i can more than likely get everything there and more.k

This Store is Awesome, the Tall Older Guy in Hardware is Very Knowledgeable he Knows His Stuff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On this visit our cashier provided us great unsolicited advice on the product we had chosen to treat our burning bush for aphids. She made us feel extremely confident in our choice of product.

Phoned in an order for lumber. Terry was very helpful taking my order and the order was ready when I got there to pick it up. Felt safe, everyone that helped me was friendly, courteous and had their Covid mask on. Thank You for what you do, I appreciate you !!!

Mike, Lisa and Sean really stepped up to help me return a ladder. When the delivery company didn't come through they really went above and beyond to help. Big thanks to all of them. I will definitely be shopping there again.
