Mixed feelings.  Just left sitting in parking lot filling this out.  Tears in my eyes, embarrassment in my countinance.  Had a wonderful experience with the older lady in returns. I returned 2 cans of paint. And purchased $130.00 in new items. Had wonderful conversation about how I , (along with 4 billion others)was single handedly keeping HD profitable LOL. She will remember me. Her station was at the end of returns so wasn't clear how to exit.  She said I could go either way.   I headed for the self check out door closes to my truck, instead of back tracking the other way; basket full of fresh new HD bagged items. Was immediately stopped by another older women who wanted to see my receipt.  I had absent minded folded it and jammed it into my wallet with easily 40 other HD receipts.  I stood there trying to find it as countless others walked by. Even told her about nice lady checker in returns, who would remember our fun chat.  She ignored that and continued her security diligence. Humiliating and ridiculous. 5-6 LONG minutes later I finally found the receipt . She said next time keep your receipt in your hand.  I will remember both ladies. How many people keep their receipt in their hand at home depot? Some may even throw it away immediately or decline it all together. Both ladies will likely remember me. I am a black female in an ocean of nearly entirely non-black customers.  And I will remember both ladies! I'm literally in and out of various HDs at least 4-5 times a week sometimes 2-3 times a day! Although I 'm a health/medical professional, I own several Airbnbs and do a lot of the work myself. I am GRATEFUL for HD in general. So Also grateful for the nice checker in returns.  Conflicted that one lady's assumption and treatment of me, (no "hello" and not listening to me) that I might be a liar and a thief led to her persistent actions, despite my calm demeaner and polite story.  Some will say she was just doing her job. I say I see groups of people who don't look like me exit through the same doors and are not stopped and double checked, or assumed guilty until they prove via documentation, innocence. It's by Red Rocks, the last HD before I head up the mountain to one of my properties,  so at some point I will need to go back. I will make sure my receipt in my hand! Actually I ALWAYS get a printed receipt for this very reason.  Just the first HD to do it to me. Had a hard time with rating. Store has many stellar employees. I shouldn't let this rotten experienc e cloud that.

I typically shop at small nursery's because of their knowledge and customer service, but their trees are astronomically priced so I ventured over to Home Depot. Mike, the Garden Manager, came over and asked if he could assist. He directed me to the proper dirt (2 bags), carried them for me and helped me squeeze an Aspen Tree into my Mazda 3 Hatchback. No small feat. He was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'm going to have a hard time going back to my nursery due to Mike. Thanks!

Hi, this store is well organized and kept clean and safe. I never have trouble finding items and the workers will go out of the way to get me answers. I like going here just to look around sometimes. This is my favorite Home Depot.

Teresa’s excellent customer service reflects well on Home Depot and is one of the reasons we don’t hesitate to recommend Home Depot to our friends. Her helpfulness, professionalism and patience is daily exhibited with her excellent customer satisfaction skills. Teri is a very personable person and a true asset to the entire Home Depot organization. On our visit today, 5/27/2021, Teresa, while manning the return counter, took time to help us with a Melnor water wand product which was failing to operate. Teresa made it right by replacing it with a functioning one. This is just another example of Teresa’s thoughtfulness and helpfulness.

Employees I encountered took the time to make sure my questions were answered, helping me make decisions. I felt respected, valued, and appreciated as a customer in their store. I have always been able to find what I was hoping to purchase. I highly recommend this Home Depot location.

Best Home Depot! Everyone is very helpful and the mangers are constantly on the floor helping out which you don't see very often. Shoutout to Mike Jones for being the man.

Cashiers are incompetent and pushy

This store has always been great for quick trips. Employees are very nice and very helpful and enjoy their interactions The store has always met my needs for products and services. I have had great experiences with rentals as well.

I was greeted at the door very pleasantly by Brian B and then found exactly what I was looking for in gardening and then was able to check out quickly and efficiently at self-checkout. Self checkout attendant was great and friendly.

They only gave me a partial refund for a product that broke

We went to the store to look at flooring and decided on Pergo Outlast. The associate in the flooring department recommended that we purchase the Pergo flooring on-line and have it delivered to the stores. We were told to purchase extra and that unused, unopened full boxes could be returned. Pergo’s website also recommended purchasing extra. We ordered a pallet online but before making the purchase checked the return policy and there were no restrictions on returning unopened boxes of flooring. We Picked up the flooring and after finishing the installation tried to return unopened, unused boxes at the store. The store and Homedepot.com refused to return the unused, unopened boxes.

Awesome employees, had the items that I needed and the store very clean. Cashier Derrick was about the nicest employee that in my 76 years I have ever met!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. If you are reading this, save yourself a trip to this store.

I shop here for all my repair and new item and replacement needs. The service reps and sales persons are always friendly. Always feel like I am among friends and have always received great service and advice on repairs and appliances.

I would just like to give a shout out to our local Morrison Home Depot. The staff is always helpful and friendly. If they can't answer your question, they will get someone who can help. The customer service people are incredibly helpful with returns and exchanges. I always shop Home Depot before moving onto other store options. I love that fact that I can go into the store and someone is always asking me if I have found everything I was looking for and or if I have any questions or need help with anything. The staff is very knowledgeable and are great at helping you brainstorm a fix. I love having this store so close to our home. We purchased a home last year, that needs a lot of renovations, so we are frequent flyers. Some days we make several trips lol, but at least we can get what we need without running all over town.

Shopper beware. Make sure the price you pay at the register is the price being advertised in the store. I have been overcharged multiple times at this store when they failed to honor posted sales prices.

We received great service from Debbie O. We needed to find some temporary fencing to put up on a portion of our porch. It has a drop off of about 2 feet, and our dog recently lost her sight. Thus we needed some type of barrier. Debbie found us a solution we never thought of - a 6 foot piece of wooden deck fencing. It worked out great, and we were able to come home and put it up in about an hour. It's going to work out great. Thanks Debbie O.!!!!

The employees are respectful, professional, and kind! They either know where something is or can look it up really quick. They offer assistance where needed and are great with kids and pets in the store!
