Fantastic store help and extremely knowledgeable employees ..great tool display clean and orderly

Typically I go out of my way to avoid shopping this time of year, however, David and Ruth were true customer service All-Stars at my local store! Hard to imagine how difficult retail can be during the holidays for staff and yet these local hero’s went above and beyond to assist my wife and I get a brand new start into the Ryobi ecosphere and made us feel at home and welcome. David’s product knowledge and willingness to share was unequalled by any DIY store experience I have ever had and Ruth really put a bow on it, as they say, at check out with exemplary hospitality and efficiency. Looking forward to completing projects with my new tool set and expanding my collection.

I'm a handicapped senior and Terry in the appliance department found the Combo Washer/Dryer unit I wanted and helped me complete the purchase over the phone. Delivery and hook up has been scheduled for September 6.

Ryan at the Johnson City Home Depot went above and beyond to make our visit great. He helped us immediately when we came in and greeted us several times as we went through the store, asking if we needed anything. Our cashier Elisabeth was also friendly and helpful. The store was well-stocked and well-staffed. We live 40 minutes away. There is a different home improvement store only 10 minutes away from us. I will NEVER shop there or at any home improvement store again after experiencing the AWESOME Johnson City Home Depot. Genuinely cannot recommend it enough.

I was in the store to price out some building materials for the deck I was building, and, getting some stain for the deck I have at the house. Everything was logically arranged so that I did not have to go looking in several different areas. When I got to the check out, the cashier informed me that, should I apply for a Home Depot card, I would receive a discount on my purchase. Ruth walked me through the process with great patience on her part. It was a pleasure speaking with her and hopefully, our first encounter will not be our last. Great person to deal with!!!

After trying to get quotes from two local air conditioning businesses to install a mini split system in a bonus room I decided to contact Home Depot. They handled the install flawlessly and in a very quick time frame. The price was a fraction of what the local businesses quoted. I would absolutely use this service again.

I am regularly in the Johnson City store and its always a positive experience. The layout of the store, the people are always top notch.

It was so surprising, a variety of in stock tile flooring beyond expectation. Most incredible quality customer service by experienced specialists. Product pricing a pleasant surprise. Lastly, my wife was so happy .

The people in paint are uninformed about the products that they are carrying. I couldn't get any help in the garden center. Schuler is the ONLY person that took the time to help me.

I needed a lot of different parts for several jobs. I like the way a sample part is displayed above the bin to help to quickly find/choose the parts needed. A store employee helped me find where several items were and even suggesed a different way to combine the pieces in a better configuration and for a little cheaper. Great store and a pleasure to shop here.

The cashier was so helpful and patient with me. I made payment with part cash and the rest on my card and Ruth was very polite and courteous.

It took some time for Daniel to get to me, but he was great! He answered questions that I didn’t know I had. He was knowledgeable and patient. He didn’t try to rush me, or brush me off. I really appreciate him and look forward to completing my kitchen remodel with Home Depot!

Went to this store requested help lifting and loading a hot water heater. The young lady paged for assistance but none came after 20 minutes. I loaded it myself and when rolling by the self check out there were 5 guys simply standing around this girl. I understand she was a pretty young lady but fellas, you got a job to do. Complained at the check out and was not offered any help loading into my truck either. Customer service has gone way down hill here
