Always clean and friendly store

I found an employee helped me over than 20 mins to fix my pipe and get a new one same size, it was so sweet from them that they did it even I had bad English but they still wanted to help me, I get out with big satisfying from the store.

Employees were very willing to help me and knew where the products were 100% of the time. My cashier 5 Ruth even reminded me I get a veteran's discount

The store is consistently stocked , clean and well lighted. Staff are knowledgeable on products , friendly and professional. Home Depot in Johnson City is a welcoming environment and we especially like the garden/Plants and other outdoor products areas. number 1 store for our family!

The sales associate went over the top in her efforts to assist me! She welcomed me into her area of the store, was extremely helpful, went and got a buggy for me to use, and even offered plastic to help me protect my car from getting dirty since I was buying flowers. If your in the market for split rail fencing, just understand you will get quality pieces as well as scrap. When you return the scrap pieces to reorder, you will get the SAME pieces you took back. Yes, the same pieces you returned. Seriously understand that you will not get all quality product in this line of material.

I am consistently impressed with Home Depot. The products are quality and the Employee Staff are exceptional with friendly, outstanding service. I really appreciated Charlie King's "above and beyond" help with locating items I needed for a project. Thank you so much!

I am never disappointed with the selection & quality offered in this store. It is a shining example of customer service. I frequently (2-3 times/wk) go to this store for anything from tools to lumber to flowers to plumbing/electrical/flooring/tile. I choose this store over the competitor across the street because the employees are knowledgeable, kind, & go above to help you with your needs.

Our family has been a loyal customer of the competitor across the street but after purchasing a base cabinet from Home Depot on July 3, 2021, we will be stopping at Home Depot first from now on! Ryan and Alan were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with my choice! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly! The cost was also half of the competitor's!

Momma told me if you do not have something good to say then don't say it all. The level service is not near what it used to be.

The store is very convenient and clearly marked rows. Terri in tools was very helpful and very pleasant. I needed her guidance to purchase something for my Father and her product knowledge was outstanding! I will be back!

The associate Ryan was super helpful and friendly. He helped me with getting some replacement blinds and even measured the old ones I brought in and cut the new ones down to size for me. The store was nice neat and clean as well. Also Ava at checkout was very friendly and thanked me for shopping with you all.
