This Home Depot is my favorite to shop at mainly for the customer service. Everyone at the checkout is so friendly and everybody is knowledgeable

I had to buy some lumber, bin was depleted, employee found a new bundle a couple of aisles away up in the racks and retrieved it from which I found some nice boards.

Purchased a washer and dryer 9 years ago. Both are still running good. Will definitely go back again when time comes.

I like that employees ask to help me when I'm lost!

She went above and beyond assisting me with exchanging a broken chainsaw. Super nice, and even after I gave up hope on the exchange, she called me over when I was browsing the store to offer to try to send it through the system, which it did. Truly a nice “old school” worker (as in truly making the customer feel like a guest, and she put the “Home” in The Home Depot)

The lawn mower was delivered with a bad battery. The first person I talked to on the phone stated it was a warranty issue and did not offer any other options. The mower should have been delivered in working order.

Steven went above and beyond to assist me when I was in a plumbing crisis!

I recently visited Home Depot to purchase new appliances. Sue B in appliances was extremely helpful. She was friendly, patient and offered really good suggestions that would accommodate my space.

Christine S. is a champ, I just finished writing a stellar review for her on the Survey Sweepstakes, not knowing I should have copy and pasted on here too, redundant much? Long story short, she was top notch when I was tracking down 22 strands of net lights for my front yard, had her on the top step of the ladder, digging in the back row. We say our good byes, I load my car, and assess that I purchased the wrong lights. Of course I try to avoid her, as I'm embarrassed, and she helps all over again for the correct LEDs. Super star twice for one project. Thanks again!

I went to this store to purchase a piece of lumber and have it cut. I was completely blown away by the amount of support that I received from Jim in lumber!! I had some issues with my dimensions and Jim took the time to help me ensure my dimensions were correct and he was incredibly patient and helpful. I was able to ask lots of questions about how to proceed with my project in the most effective and efficient way possible and received excellent guidance! Additionally, Bruce was a support in lumber as well. I will definitely be returning to this store because the customer service I received from these gentleman was exceptional.

this place is great especially for senioe citizens

Went to this store in mod October and bought perrenials half off left over from the summer. They were incredibly healthy and full grown. Well watered. Staff were great letting me get into the garden center just before it closed and the people checking us out were very thoughtful and friendly too. It us great to go to a store with a positive smiling environment.

I was making a paint purchase with color matching in the Paint Department. The paint associate Abraham Robinson was not only very kind and patient, he was very helpful ensuring I have purchased the proper paint for my projects and that the paint color matched. I would like to ensure that Mr. Abraham Robinson receives recognition not only in his knowledge and skills, but in an outstanding Customer Service he has provided. Thank you!!!

Best employees make the best store.

The store was clean and well kept, including the bathroom. We also ran into Jim by lumber and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. He had a lot of awesome ideas and took us to anything we need for our project. He was awesome!

Stellar 5 star service! Jim was amazing! Cares, pleasant to speak with and didn’t brush me off! Paula at the register was sweet, smiled and wished me a lovely 4th! Great team Home Depot!

I could not have been more pleased with the customer service I received from the cashier, Xavier. People were friendly and helpful. He went beyond by loading my flat cart and helping me put to the car. He was kind and had a great attitude. I definitely will keep shopping here. By the way their plant section was larger with more choices than other local stores.
