I’m mad and disappointed. I just looked at the website and typed in the SKU for the items I already purchased just 2 days ago. After adding the washer and dryer I had already bought, my information, and all the promos it automatically applied, I see I could have saved over $150. The employee said we should get it that day while we were in store to lock in the best price and now I see if we waited a couple days, we could have saved money and gotten the washer and dryer just two days later. Not happy with this company right now. Pros: friendly staff (con: unknowledgeable). Clean store with protection in place for COVID-19.

The store was clean, the lady the helped my wife and I was very nice and professional. Found our product almost immediately upon arriving in the area where the washer and dryer were located. The female associate that help us was very nice and professional.

I ordered a refrigerator because it was promised for delivery on 12/21. When I called to check on time they indicated the refrigerator was not going to be delivered until Jan 2, I don't think I would have received a call so good thing I called. The third party delivery company Home Depot used dropped the ball however, The Home Depot is the one that I shopped at and they should make sure all third parties they contract with are doing there jobs. People will only remember The Home Depot was an issue. Enough stress since my husband had passed in November and now can't do Christmas as usual at my home. Humbug!

The sales associate, James, did an excellent job of answering all of our questions. I have been shopping at this store for years and never had a negative experience.

If you need front end help at this store, look for Sue B the head cashier. She was terrific to work with!

Employees don't know the product don't know the service and can't do what they say they can do very disappointed

There was not a single lane with a cashier open. There were two self service lanes only. What happened to customer service?

Your employees in the Garden Center are nice & helpful. However, Jose, a store supervisor, was especially helpful and appreciated.

Overall great experience!!

I found the Joliet Home Depot to be a great store with excellent employee's. I could a question to an employee about a different department and they were eager to direct me and even walk me to the right area. It wasn't a bother to them. That shows they are proud of where and whom they work for.
