I was walking around having a hard time finding things and Nafoa came up to me asked me if I needed help and I said no at first but he was persistent which changed my mind and eventually he helped me with more than what I came to the store to grab. Explained to me how the deals worked which changed my mind on products I wouldn’t have bags a second thought about, very good help !

I have dealt with Home Depot for many years, even before they came to Hawaii. I generally do not shop around but go directly to the Kapolei store for all my needs. I believe that the Kapolei store has the best management team of all the locations that I have visited.

I truly love all the project materials in one place! I was happy with the variety of native Hawaiian plants and most the materials nearby to create a project to put them on display.

I am always impressed by the friendly staff. They are always knowledgeable and helpful in filling any gaps I have between my projects and the tools and materials needed to complete them.

Manny from flooring cut blinds and was so helpful for my 13 windows, this is something that was stressful for me but he put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. Perlita was so kind in helping me get qualified for my new washer and dryer and answered all of my questions, Ethan was so friendly and informed me of the store promotions and was lighting quick during check out. These 3 made my shopping experience phenomenal! Will return here again!

Our sales rep - Jack helped us out very well in the Door Section of the store. He totally helped us get what we wanted. My wife was very satisfied.

I went to to the garden department and had the privilege of meeting Ethan. Nice young man who knows how to be kind and patient with older individuals. Thank you Ethan for taking the time to acknowledge others.

I was looking for floating shelves for my office, and was helped by Stacy.

Each time I need help with location, product &/or etc. the Kapolei team is always willing to go beyond! Customer service is the reason I come back. Having a Home Depot store in my community helps me to complete my projects within my limited time.

Just bought today and I liked it

I never knew HD had a discount for Veterans until a recent visit when the cashier asked me if I'm a Veteran. I told him I am and showed my Choose VA card. Even though HD is listed on the back of the card, I never noticed it. The discount is 10%. Some may say that's not much, but I think it's great!

I was looking for some bug killer for my garden but there was so many selection. I asked for help to find a suitable product .A casher be was very knowledgeable and gave me an excellent advice.

Large variety to choose from, the process was simple.

I bought 3 Kellogg elevated easy grow planters and the raised garden potting soil that goes with them to plant flowers and several different vegetables since food is getting so expensive…I know I can grow my own produce cheaper than Safeway sells theirs.

Charged 3 times at my bank for the same visit so I tried to resolve over the phone. Called twice. One time was 6 mins, no answer. 2nd call is going on 40 mins and no answer. At this point, I wouldn't mind someone answering the call from a call center in India. This is ridiculous. I feel like I'm gonna have to use up gas just to resolve/get clarification on something that could have easily been done over the phone.

We enjoy shopping at the Kapolei Hone Depot. The garden shop is always my favorite place to get everything I need for my garden. We also bought a new Toshiba portable air conditioner that works very well! We shop there about 3 times a month and will continue to go there. Today we were assisted by cashier Darin who was very helpful and offered to sign up for a Home Depot credit card, I was approved and got $25 off my purchase. Thank you Kapolei Home Depot, we are satisfied and happy customers.

Great shopping experience here in Kapolei! Friendly staff and employees... willing to assist in every department and always asking if help is needed. Workers look like they love working here, and it shows. Keep up the great service, Mahalo!

I've been shopping here for many years, this day I decided to go ahead and sign up for a Pro Member and Pro Xtra account. It was put off all the other times because I was in a hurry or wasn't up to dealing with the cashiers. The welcoming feeling from Catherine changed my mind, and I decided to move forward. She faced some challenges in getting this done as she was on the wrong computer and then needed a little guidance inputting the information. Rosa and Ethan both came along side her and assisted in accomplishing the task. The all had great attitudes (early in the morning 630am) and their concern to help us understand the program was over and beyond.

I'm a old and slow veteran and Steve helped me out at the self checkout. I had no idea what I was doing, but he saved me and showed me how to use my military discount as well as scanning my items AND showing me how to use the credit card thing with all the buttons. This location is also less crowded and there is plenty of parking. Also, Steve doesn't have any tattoos which shows that he's comfortable in his own skin and not insecure like most people who think they need to live up to societal pressures to look "cool."

As usual, I had a great experience at Home Depot. Walked in the store and ask sales representative where I could find the item and it was in the isle we were standing and she pointed right to it. Great conversation and excellent customer service with an awesome cashier named Ginsey. Service with a smile--It doesnt get any better than that.
