I have been shopping here for 20 years and the service, product availability, ease of locating needed items has consistently been wonderful!

Brooklyn, a check out cashier at this store, had lovely manners, beauty and seasoned professionalism, at the Lancaster, Ca. store. Respect her as a lady and she needs to be treated as one; the other clerks have helpful with seasoned courtesy. I, Leonard White Jr. love shopping at this stor.

Lauren was very efficient and very helpful.

I came in for a quick purchase after work Near the end of the day and had my sunglasses on. They have readers at the bottom half but when I got to the checkout area, I couldn’t see the screen very well. Brooklyn came over and helped me with my check out which was very much appreciated. Many times when I ask for help, people are too busy or they’re very rushed or I have to wait a while while the employees finish chatting with each other. This young lady was talking to another employee, but when she saw me wave for some help, she immediately graciously left her conversation and came over to assist

Home Depot is much better than all the rest I come here because it's close and all the services are up to par except to rental which would be real nice it's all the way in Palmdale

I bought blinds for my windows paint for my walls and stocks for my charging stations and they were extremely well made and well sold will 100% shop here again

I paid a visit to the Home Depot on 20th Street W in Lancaster and I was glad I did. I initially came in to get a key cut and ended up going into the garden section. Both the lady at the key-cutting machine and the lady, Precious at the outdoor garden was polite, kind and personable her demeanor made me feel that this was a store I would like to come back to.

I love the garden department. Employee Linda is the best! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

As always everyone was helpful and friendly and helped me find everything on my list. Cashier LINDA was particularly helpful in inputting my military veteran discount and also telling me of a major discount on one item I was purchasing! Can always count on Home Depot to have what I need and in a sufficient quantity for my projects.

The employees need to be trained to look up authorized users on commercial accounts if they're going to give customers a hard time at check out. This is why I always use self-checkout. Faye was very rude and then told me I couldn't use the credit card because she didn't know how to look up the company name. Then as I was trying to help the poor kid who checked me out, she tells me not to touch the screen. This lady was a complete joke! I'm hope she felt dumb after she seen that I was an authorized user on the account.

I am a widow, retired, and work as a part-time teacher and home health worker with special needs children. My husband was very good with home projects. Working several jobs, I have very little free time. I usually research a project before coming to Home Depot to help me make a final informed decision. I know they will help me to get the "best bang for my buck." I have had excellent, caring, patient, professional, and informed associates advise me and connect to the right people to help me with my purchases and installation. Thank you Home Depot.
