I've been shopping at this location ever since it opened. The employees used to care. Seems like they just want to get done with their shift now. Very disappointing.

I can always depend on Home Depot to have just what I need.

Customer service has taken a serious noise dive.

I was greeted as I entered the store, when I got into line, and also greeted by the cashier.

Normally, your cashiers are knowledgeable and helpful to the end. Today, my experience was quite the opposite. I stepped up to check out and the young lady running the register seemed a bit frantic. My order rang up on her screen, but the order from the previous transaction was on the card machine. She apologized and called her manager over, at which time the manage told the young lady to ring our order up on the next register. Once at the next register and the young lady began scanning she realized the register was closed. So they sent me over to another register and waited in line, then had that cashier tell me she was closing. I was told to go back to the 2nd register in which the manager who had sent me to the previous 2 register had just opened up. She insisted the gentleman that was behind us in the original line was next and she took his order. As we were waiting in line, we were told we needed to go to the end of the line. At which time they could see I was getting irritated and I replied to the associate that this was the 3rd time I had been in a line I was directed to go to. Once I did get to the register the manage had not apologies and acted as if I was no one. A little customer service would have gone a long way, now I am just irritated and rethinking future purchases at Home Depot.

There prices are great and competitive with other stores and they gave a wide variety of products

Product availability was excellent.

Purchased the tools I needed (Makita). There was one item I couldn't find that customer service found at another local store - I purchased here and then could swing by the other store to get it. The staff was welcoming, quick and competent!

Waited 22 minutes for propane, finally I had to pull somebody from another dept to help.

This store has exceptionally great product selections, very organized and clean all throughout the store.

It appears this Store is hiring good people as Associates at the moment. They seems better now in terms of services and courtesy than they used to be. Visit this Store and you'll see for yourself.

When the store manager doesn't care about what you are doing; they hide from refunding your purchase.

The Lancaster Home Depot is conveniently located. This location always has products in stock and great selections for any budget. Each and every associate is knowledgeable and helpful. When I need to complete a project no matter how small or large the Lancaster Home Depot is My Go To Store!

I had a return which I was totally fine getting store Credit since I buy at HD a lot. But Kelly one of the managers was rude or not helpful for sure after I found my receipt and wanted transaction reversed. I went to Kelly to let her know what happened, I was already in line. She told me I needed to go back in to the line of at least 6 people in front of me. I went back to the line. The cashier guy wasn’t sure how to reverse the transaction, He asked Kelly and Kelly made him wait for some else to help him. But it was taken for ever for some else to come, and finally Kelly helped him. It was a transaction that could of been done like 5min, but Kelly looking annoying, I was there close to 20min. I just feel some management should be there trying to help, encourage, and be on their peers side, by showing them the ropes and not let the customers suffer. No Exceptional there for sure. Thank you!

Staff is always friendly when walking in the store, around the store and leaving the store.

I do not like self service, and you practically forced people to use it. You had no live cashiers working registers.You force that self service.And don't take cash.

Everyone at this home depot was kind and knowledgeable. The store is a bit farther from my home than other home depots but worth it. Thank you.

Ive been shopping at this Store since it opened back in about 1996 or so, mostly because it's just down the Street and have spent in excess of $20.000.00. Customer service has gone to pot. I baught a new toilet today got it on the cart by myself, and asked for help to load it. The help never came so I wheeled it to the returns. In closing if you are looking for customer service go somewhere else
