Despite the rain, Vernon helped me load my truck with 25 bags of mulch and did so with a smile. I know it’s drawing the short straw to load mulch on a rainy day, but he was having fun with it. It’s refreshing to shop some at a place where people clearly love their job.

I just purchased all new RYOBI lawn care equipment and with the help from customer service, I feel I made the best decision for my needs. I am excited to get home and charge these batteries and fire this beauty up and cut some grass.

I’m new to the Lexington County South Carolina, but not to Home Depot. I’ve been to the Lexington store many times owner the past two months and I’ve had great experience after great experience. The one common factor, I’ve seen a lot of the same people working in the store each time. Now sadly, I know there are several workers who have helped me whose names I do not remember. but, that said, some of the most incredible people who have helped me and who I remember, and who have been there time after time, serving professionally, with great personalities, dedication and visible enjoyment of their jobs are: Gianna, Tim and Jackson. Gianna was there today, she greeted me with her big beautiful smile and her incredibly positive personality. Gianna clearly loves her job, so much that she remembers even the little things are so important. After making an incorrect purchase on my first visit to this store a few months ago, where Gianna checked me out and made sure I had everything I needed to do the job, Jackson helped me load a very heavy toilet Into my truck in torrential down-pouring rain, after which I got home and realized the toilet I pulled off the shelf was a two piece (tank plus bowl) unit and the one I wanted and needed for this particular project was a one piece. I returned to the store a few days later, Tim was there again, this time, in the parking lot as if he knew I was coming and needed help with this heavy, bulky box containing the wrong item. I was able to return the wrong one, purchase the correct one and I was back out in the parking lot and on my way in no time flat with Tim’s help again, this time loading the new toilet. One of the most comforting feelings, being here in SC, from NY was having Tim from Queens, Gianna from Long Island and Jackson born and bred right here in SC to save my day and make the job so much easier, and l all with big smiles. The team assembled at this particular Home Deopt is an incredible one! Thank you all!!!

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE GARDEN CENTER, WHO HELPED ME WITH MY FIRST TIME HARDSCAPE PROJECT. IT IS SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL...THEY WILL KNOW WHO THEY WERE/ARE. I am 62 years young, female and I did the walls all by myself. It was a totally fun project (with my back brace on LOL), I hired the pavers installation. Georgeous.

Mariela is the best! Her knowledge and customer service is very refreshing.

Went to the store to get a few items. One of the items was the 4 ft vigro l-shaped black landscape edging. There was none in the box on the aisle sorry proceeded to go to an associate. I explained to the associate that there were none in the box and if he could help me locate some that said that was in stock. He promptly told me what aisle they would be on and I told him I knew that that I already had checked that the box was empty and I was wondering if they had anymore. He sends me to customer service. The woman at customer service finally gets around to me and I explained the situation. She called the landscaping section and had me go out where the items should be and told me an associate would be there with me shortly. When they associate showed up I told him what I was looking for and showed him the empty box. He scanned the boxes it in the overhead for a couple of minutes and told me that night shift didn't do their job and that it would be like finding a needle in a haystack and that they were too busy to go through boxes and find them. I proceeded to check out with my other items came home and went on the website. Website showed them in stock I ordered six selected in store pickup and had an email stating that my order was ready within 30 minutes. I went up there and it was the correct stuff. How come I had to make two trips to spend the gas and take the extra time out of my day and slow down my project because one associate felt they were too busy to fully be able to assist me.

The employees here were all super friendly, especially CJ.V.

I was in a hurry. Lakesha, the cashier, was pleasant and super fast. Wish they all were as fast and courteous as she is. Great job Lakesha!!

Home Depot has the best store in Lexington SC.

Nice store. I just wish there were more employees to help without out waiting for items to be unlocked to get into to purchase.

Recently had a need to purchase a new dishwasher. After looking around, went to Home Depot. The sales person in the Appliance Dept went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed! Will shop Home Depot FIRST from now on!

Waited for wire, locked up and caged. Was told to get it myself, so I did. The. Was followed by an employee who had to call it in, that someone was stealing a 100’ roll of 12/3. They have lost more than $83 in future sales from me. Do not track me like a criminal. You didn’t have the 5 steps to make a stop anyway. #lawsuit?

Mike answered our questions and took great care making the necessary cuts of our 4x8 premium sheet of plywood. I will definitely return for future purchases.

We were very pleased that we stopped by. We were shown by employee how we could construct a product that we were frustrated in searching the net.

My last 4 or 5 trips to Home Depot I was impressed with the customer service in every department. The store is well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Pleasure to shop here.

Store was neat and clean, Person in your flooring department step right up to us and greeted us very nicely, He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable on the flooring products, Grant was such a nice person.
