I made a purchase that I then had to cancel due to a family emergency that required me to go out of town. During the initial purchase, Grant was very genial, making it a pleasant interaction. Then, when I had to cancel a few days later, before my scheduled delivery, Sherry in customer service made the whole process very pleasant and easy. Kudos!

Check out lady seem like we were an inconvenience for her and bought one item for one price and the other item of exactly identical rang up a totally different price but they would not honor the other price that was cheaper for the exact same item!

Please do yourself a favor and shop the online offerings as well. While this store has a great stock, it has an even greater online stock with rather quick no cost shipping.

never a bad experience, staff take you to what you are looking for instead of saying it on aisle 13, you know how long those aisles are?

My Lexington, SC Home Depot always has what I need in stock and the staff always seems happy to help. I like the store layout and they have the best garden selections.

I purchased two of these lanterns for my screened in porch, and they will add the right amount of ambience that I was in search for. Very pleased with my purchase.

We went in to buy new power tools for my husband. We were greeted by a very nice associate (whose name I unfortunately did not get). He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The customer service at the Lexington, SC Home Depot is wonderful. Several times when I visit, I need assistance with lifting heavy bags, ie: potting soil and pool salt specifically. The kind, polite & friendly gentleman in the Home Depot Lexington, SC Garden Center is always there to help with heavy purchases. The last time 2 times I was there, 6/17/23 being the most recent, he did the same again, including transporting my items to my car. I was told his name is BERNIE. **You'll recognize Mr. Bernie by his smile.

I went last night to buy a new punch down took half an hour before they closed and was greeted warmly by Storm and Heather who both were more than willing to assist me and direct me to where I needed to go. Got the Klein Punch Down Tool and it worked great for the sudden job and would definitely come back!

Waited over 30 minutes for 6 bails of pine straw Me and my husband both went in the store 3 times , he even called customer service and they didn’t send someone either. Very frustrating

I made a purchase at this store of $225. I inadvertently left 2 items on the counter (including a box of shelf brackets). After assembling the major part of the project, I realized I had missing items. I checked the inventory online and saw there was 15 of these brackets. I went to the store and found the inventory off by the amount I had left on the counter. I spoke with the manager on site and agreed that I would buy them again but be reimbursed after checking with 'the corporate person'. After 12 days of no phone call, I returned to the store only to get the same runaround. This represents $100 of my money. The amount of remaining stock on hand proves that my brackets went back onto the shelf. I cannot buy the 16 brackets again when the inventory shows 15 in inventory and leave another 15 on the shelf.

I needed to buy a weed eater and went to Home Depot. John greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I was so thankful! He answered all my questions, helped me select the fuel for the weed eater and other supplies. He took me to the cashier Luvenna who was so cheerful. They made this experience a great one. I will be back to Home Depot.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the best variety of succulent plants of any other store in the area. The prices were reasonable and the plants were in excellent condition. The store was clean and well-stocked, and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely go back.

I came in with an old paint can that was left over from my deck being redone. The label was weathered and unreadable. The girl in the paint section was so helpful. She was able to match it perfectly taking the time to paint the old paint on a stick, used a hair dryer to dry it and matched it with the computer. We joked about the other stores not being as helpful and she made sure to add 'come back and see me' You rarely see that type of pride anymore with work. It was so refreshing. I will definitely be back to this store for future home improvement projects.

I brought a small chip of paint two weeks ago to match. Keia in the paint department is the best she got it perfect! Always helpful, great customer service.

Was helped in the limber department locating the wood I was looking for, and Jackson the associate even load it onto my cart for me. Customer service at Home Depot has been excellent at several of the locations I’ve gone to over the last couple months.

I was planning out a diy project for a pantry makeover and went to the Lexington Home Depot to purchase supplies from the lumber area. An amazing gentlemen took his time and assisted me with getting extremely large boards of wood that I would not have been able to get myself. He was so gracious and cut all of the boards down to my desired size. Couldn’t thank him enough as I do not own a table saw to do it myself. Also, Sherry assisted me at checkout and was so friendly. It was just overall a great shopping experience. Sherry even wished me good luck on my project. Kudos to the Lexington team on such great customer service and friendly attitudes!
