a month ago i bought my first outside plants! david helped me pick them and repot them at the store!!! He was incredibly helpful and kind! when i asked if they were all cat friendly he looked it up for me instead of telling me i don’t know, i really appreciated that! today i went in to get more plants and again he was so helpful and friendly!!! Any questions i have about gardening they always get answered in the most knowledgeable way! I would also like to thank the super nice lady, [i didn’t catch her name:(] she was equally as friendly and super knowledgeable! i love the garden section here!!!! this hobby helps me loose stress and i appreciate always being treated with kindness by every staff member! awesome job guys ! thank you all❤️

Not only were the employees excellent, and the cashiers great as far as friendliness and helpfulness goes but the products in the materials were better than I expected. As far as the quality goes like everywhere else the prices are a little bit too high, compared to what they were before Covid, but I guess everybody needs to make a dollar maybe not three dollars but a little bit more it’s understandable but I enjoyed my shopping experience with Home Depot and I will return for more products

I purchased a new water heater and made arrangements to have a Home Depot affiliated service provider install the water heater. Parker & Sons charged me over $740 for less than 2 hours of work. Their installation service cost more than the water heater itself. Do not make arrangements for installation of your water heater. Home Depot and Parker 7 Sons charge exorbitant prices for basic plumbing/installation services.

Paint department. Outstanding employee, whose name is Raphael. He spent a considerable time to help and teach me,. I needed wood filler and, an exact varnish to match my 180 year old antique Armoire. So thankful.

Last year during Covid lock down, I had a friend that brought her foot and I was responsible for transporting her to doctor visits, xrays, exceterae. I was 88 years old and pretty healthy but I needed to get a ramp made for her front door so I did not need to lift her up over the threshold. David in lumber was so gracious to make a small ramp to help me in my caring for my friend. I very much appreaciated his help during this stressfull time For this reason I always go to Home Depot when I need something they have.

We were looking to buy a swamp cooler and had a bad experience at a competitor home improvement store. Tim, the employee who handles plumbing in this store, was very knowledgeable answering all of our questions without hesitation. Listed to our concerns and was very well spoken and friendly. He made the shopping experience so easy after having a such bad experience elsewhere. Happy to know we can come back to this store and receive such great service!!

I moved to Mesa in August 2020 . Store 6862 in Mesa Riverview is my go to Home Depot as it is 5 minutes away. I have found it to be a clean , well run store. The associates are all very friendly and helpful. The store manager, Brandon, is out in the aisles, accessible , helpful, friendly. All in all, always a good shopping experience.

I always need help finding the correct item for my projects. This store never fails me . The personnel pay attention to my needs and usually are able to find an answer to speed my project along.

Some items in the app that say available in store may not have a home. Such as this Spring Assortment Kit. I had to see an associate and they helped me track down this product and I felt bad for it but it really helped with my project! Thanks for helping me out guys! I didn't catch your name but I'll happily come back to this location!

An employee, David, provided me with awesome service. When I arrived at the cashier to check out, I asked for the Mgr. (I wanted to brag about David). The cashier says: “Here he comes”. I turn around around and it’s the same “David”!! I laugh and tell him I planned to brag about him to the manager. As a retired healthcare executive, I thought that here’s a manager that exemplifies “Servant Leadership”. Simply Outstanding!!
