Great service..Great employee

I am building a treehouse in my front yard. At my local Home depot I can find what I need to complete this project with everything in stock. The lumber and building materials are easily found and are top quality.

This Sherman Way store is mountains above the one in Hollywood. Hollywood workers there IF you can find one- are rude, unpleasant, less than friendly, less than helpful, and don't want to be bothered and are actually annoyed if you ask more than one question. Further more, they point and say its over there! At the Sherman Way store.. its the complete antithesis!!! They literally go out of their way to be helpful and will literally walk you over to the item youre looking for. I will now drive 35 - 40 mins out of my way just to come to this store.

I arrived at the Home Deport very frustrated and in a bad mood. I had trouble with an on line purchase using my new credit card and had been trying to handle it all morning and finally was told I had to go to the store to sort it out. When I got to the service desk the lady clerk totally understood my bad mood and handled my complaint cheerfully, quickly and competently AND handled it in minutes! A whole morning of frustration vanished! Can’t say how happy that made me! Thank you Home Depot for hiring that woman!!! MP

Our experience today was happy by meeting many different employees in different departments who took the time to help us and took us to find the items we needed. When we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly manner and went to the various departments for items we needed. The shelves were orderly and the floor was swept. The wait time in line was short, and the cashier, Aracely, who was training Ivana, was efficient, professional, and polite. Aracely had our interests at heart and was very kind. We left the store feeling happy that our tasks were completed.

I bought this month and I'm satisfied.

Needs more refrigeratior options in display in the appliances section. Otherwise it's a great location

This store is very good and its employees are great! They are very organized and clean.

Very poor service. Employees are not friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. They care more about talking with each other than helping the customers. The store was disorganized and out of stock on many items. I will never shop there again. Good luck if you do.

The paint department at this particular Home Depot is great. It's well-stocked and the staff is super helpful! A shout out to Christine who helped me two days in a row and is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Thank you!

Store #6613 North Hollywood Don’t waste your time at this Homedepot. Customer service begging from assistant manager Desire to supervisor Joanna is at in all time low! “Terrible, Terrible, Terrible” I have gone into this store several times through out the year and just when you think it can’t happen over again, guess what? It does! Employees lazy don’t want to re-stock items. Even though above shelves clearly show sku-number to re-stock item. Management is even worse! This store does not put the customer service first! Even thought we pay their salary! Your time and money is better spent elsewhere where it is appreciated. This store #6613 gets a “F” for FAILURE! Homedepot rating forces you to select one star rating or it will not process review. Zero stars!!!

Generally the store is well stocked and product easy to find. Also the employees are friendly and willing to help load your vehicle, especially with larger objects.

Your employee OCEAN was extremely helpful and kind. I had just learned that I had to move out of my apartment within a few days (in the middle of a pandemic). Ocean helped me find all of the items I needed. He even recommended special boxes for my kitchen items to make the moving process easier. Ocean was very patient in explaining the differences in boxes and packing tape. He even told me that a dolly cart would be helpful for my move and helped me pick out the best dolly for my needs. Thanks to Ocean's kindness, I will definitely continue to visit this Home Depot location as I decorate and settle into my new home. In such uncertain and chaotic times, it is rare to come across a kind employee dedicated to going above and beyond to assist customers. Ocean is a superstar for sure. His kindness and expertise made me feel better prepared for my abrupt and unplanned move.
