I came into town to assist my daughter with getting settled into her apartment. I ran to Home Depot to get a power drill and a few plants to make her place feel more like home in California. Sales Associate T in Hardware greeted me as soon as I was in the aisle and assisted me with the perfect power drill which I purchases. I was checked out by cashier Felicia who was so refreshing and friendly. My shopping experience was outstanding. Whenever I'm back in New Orleans this will be my store to make my purchases!!!!

I met Felice at Claiborne and she was knowledgeable and offered recommendations regarding my purchased. One cabinet was delivered damaged, and the other cabinet was not the cabinet that I purchased. I met Toya and she was extremely efficient in addressing the damaged merchandise. Janice at the Gretna store was true to her word in rapidly returning my calls. Lastly, Bria, the cashier at Claiborne, assisted me with the pickup without any hesitations. Kudos to Felice, Toya, Janice, & Bria. Thanks!

We were searching for chair glides to avoid the kitchen floor from scratches. The assistance we got was great and we saw that there was a great variety of options. Thanks to the gentleman that helped us. Overall the shopping experience was great.

Mr. Kevin Simpson and Mr. Matt Cayold are the types of employees most employers would love to have. Mr. Simpson assisted me in-store and provided excellent customer service. Mr. Cayold, answered the phone when I called in to express my appreciation towards Mr. Simpson. Mr. Cayold was kind and courteous and explained that I needed to fill out the online survey if I wanted Me. Simpson to be properly acknowledged. I greatly appreciate both of them.

I had to purchase a few last minute supplies and I had no idea where the items were located. The team members throughout the store were Very kind and patient. They helped me save time and make the best selections. Yasmine was also courteous.

My visit today started with a return of unused extra parts I'd bought for a plumbing job. Almost no wait and the lady who handled the return was very professional and nice. I needed to buy some caulk, found what I needed for a reasonable price (in comparison to all other options--everything is more expensive than it should be, but not this store's fault). Went to self-checkout and a staff person volunteered to help me there, too. Very efficient and polite. Thank goodness this Home Depot exists and is close to my home.
